BTW. Opinion on dodge runes vs flat armor on a 0-21-9 champ?

always run 1 dodge rune in flat armor pages

Well you can run dodge on 0-21-9 or defensive jungler pages to proc Nimbleness more frequently. That's the main reason.

Morellos evil tome is such a great item for Brand.

Decent AP boost, cheaper than most items and massive cooldown reduction.

If you have that and blue buff life is gooooood.

well i've been in the habit of just rushing deathcap on everyone now

either 2 rings -> death cap

or RoA -> deathcap

except with kennen revolver -> rylais -> deathcap

What kind of rune setup are you running?
I've been going with flat AP quints and blues and that gets you to like 25 AP at level 1 with a boots+pots start, or 40 AP if you go D-Ring.
I see more people go with the scaling AP in blues, but I like the flat for the easy dominance it gives you when trading in the early levels in lane. Win lane, snowball from there.

The break even point on AP vs. AP/level glyphs is like level 6 or something iirc, so I vastly prefer AP/level.

I go AP quints, mpen reds, mp5/level yellows, and ap blues. I think I get around 40 ap with a dorans ring at level 1?

you'll have 32 AP if you start with dring with AP/level Glyphs instead. And yes, 40 AP or maybe 41 AP if you start with flat AP Glyphs.

I have started buying wards for mid instead of 3 health pots.

Basically boots, ward and 1 pot.

Makes life easier once everyone has their ults.

Unless of course I'm playing with a Teemo.

if fiddle ulted you under your tower and you were on the bottom team, there's not much you can do since a ward won't cover that path and the top bush at the same time.

he's SO much fun! i went a week straight playing only him. pretty simple jungle too, blue to golems. in fights you just attach yourself to the AD carry and just murderlize them and they have a really hard time escaping

I run a kind of weird runepage on brand.

MP Quints, MP Marks, MP Glyphs, Scaling mana yellows.

Really makes my mid game hit hard, I don't care as much for the early AP considering brand is so good early game anyways, and the Mpen is useful all game.

Brand's mana costs are already pretty low though. I'd try defensive runes like armor. Makes you do even better vs AD champs in lane.

Really? I always thought they were pretty high relative to the other casters- not saying they're bad spells or anything tho.
