Depends on what you mean by better.

Cass gets to use more spells more often, and she can zone better with AoE. Leblanc's is probably easier: click and go with a dash for safety.

Well, even Smite doing true damage may be a lie. Smite something with spell vamp, get health back. Either Spell Vamp secretly counts true damage, or Smite is Magic still.

Spell vamp doesn't necessarily leech for just magic damage. Any spell that doesn't apply on-hit effects will proc spell vamp, i.e. Olaf/Lee Sin Q (even Panth's spear toss gives spell vamp I am fairly certain). I suppose smite also falls into this category if spell vamp works on it.

Look, she ***** the lanes she's favorable in but can just as easily be *****. No one's calling her Shaco, we're just saying that there are far stronger picks out there.

And for the record, I've played Irelia at every stage of her nerf history and I agree with Mogwai. Before they started nerfing her ult, sure, she was a ***** to lane against because of that, but right now it heals for much less and it's not difficult at all to force her out of lane or kill her during the cooldown.

i hear orianna is really strong now, and she is hardly ever banned at my elo. plus i tend to be really good at heroes like her.

but i don't have a laning tank that i do well with, nor a tanky dps, and jarvan fits both those categories and is a solid pick too.

Orianna's range is just silly. Honestly I think both are great choices. I guess choose Ori if you prefer to be in more of a carry role and choose Jarv if you'd rather be an anti-carry/disruptor

Wiggle's proc was meant to NOT work with spell vamp or life steal. They made that decision when they nerfed it.

The fact its working with Udyr's turtle stance is a bit of an over sight I guess.
No other character can life steal/spell vamp/ability-heal it...

True damage has worked with spell vamp forever.
That's why Olaf's E literally does not hurt him with level 5 W + Ult.

That's why Nunu with a revolver is kinda lulzy (him stacking them ages ago was very very lulsy)

Yellows are armor

Blues are scaling m resist, or flat if you prefer them

Quints can vary - armor, movespeed, and health are all decent options

For reds you could either go with a fitting penetration or armor

Mines was just buying tristana where i could of got her free so they gave me 3 refunds of anything :D

Yea, items glitch occasionally. I've had roughly 5 or 6 games where potions had to be targeted to yourself
