Snow's gotta show us more of that Steel Guard! in XIII-2.SNOW IS IN THIS GAME?
GOD DAMMIT.
EDIT: So I wasn't paying attention before, but FFX is coming out for PS3 too? Neat! But my PS2 copy still works so I doubt I'll buy it again.
Wait, they're remaking FFX International? That's actually pretty awesome! I might pick that up if it's <$45.I really expect it's just an HD filter, but who knows. Either way, I guess the US finally gets those extra boss fights and new sphere grid.
Though there was no official name for it back in the original Dissidia, it was pretty much the same as what you described here. When an opponent is attacking you, you activate EX Mode and it lets you out of the combo like a burst from GG and staggers them so that you can get free combos on them, usually ending an EX Burst for a kill.Ex Revenge is something new they introduced. If you get hit whilst you've got a full Ex Gauge, you can use the whole thing up and freeze your opponent for a while (they can Assist change out of it though). Ex Mode is so short and Ex Bursts are so terrible that it's actually worth considering
I've seen a video where Gabranth has Ex Revenged someone and then charged his Ex all the way back up using Ex Charge - I wonder if it's possible to Ex Revenge, Ex Charge and then unleash hell by going into Ex Mode whilst they're still frozen
It's sad but very true. The only thing that saddens me more is how content everyone is with crap books, games, movies, & t.v. shows. *shrugs*98% of everything is crap. The amount of books, games and movies I found disappointing heavily outweigh the amount I thought were actually good.
And honestly, books tend to be better at telling stories than any video game or Japanese cartoon (although there are a very few exceptions).

Found the video I saw it inAnd yeah, I'm sure what you said is a major Gabranth tactic. He was high tier in Dissidia simply because he could turtle for meter and then bait the opponent into getting a combo off on him so he could EX Mode out of it and go into an easy EX Burst. If he's able to do the same in Dissidia 012 then he's probably still a big deal.Nevermind, I just reread what you said and I seriously doubt they'd be frozen for long enough for Gabranth to build a full bar. EX Revenge only lasts for 4 seconds and Gabranth takes 2 seconds to build about 40% of his EX meter, so there's no way he'd make it in time. Really shows how important being able to abuse the game system is, doesn't it?
Which is why Avatar is the highest grossing movie of all time. It's sad but very true. The only thing that saddens me more is how content everyone is with crap books, games, movies, & t.v. shows. *shrugs*
lol. Avatar....I can see how that movie became so big but minus all the hype it's just an ok film.Which is why Avatar is the highest grossing movie of all time.
And I can't believe the Could VS. Sephiroth argument is still going after all these years. I know jack **** about competitive Dissidia, but if you want to answer to that question go watch Advent Children. Boom, argument over.
pffffffffffffffffffffffffffftlol. Avatar....I can see how that movie became so big but minus all the hype it's just an ok film.
was that really necessary? It's an ok film. Minus the hype. It's visually stunning and really gets you into a world beyond this one. Aside from that it is very typical. In fact it's nearly a complete rip off of Pocahontas.pffffffffffffffffffffffffffft
HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

I was a VII hater for a long time because of its fans. This reminds me why I almost lost track of liking FFVII. The fans...
And Fergully. And Last Samurai. And Atlantis. And about fifty other movies.was that really necessary? It's an ok film. Minus the hype. It's visually stunning and really gets you into a world beyond this one. Aside from that it is very typical. In fact it's nearly a complete rip off of Pocahontas.
I wonder why I bother trying to explain stuff. This reminds me why I almost lost track of liking FFVII. The fans...
Selbina, for the love of god go to Selbina. For anyone who cares, I plan on joining Ryu once my WoW subscription expires at the end of the month.
From what I've read its like FF V in the sense that you can freely switch classes then use skills acquired in those classes in combination with your current class.
Nah, it takes place like 2-3 years after FFXIII. There's a short written story posted up somewhere online (canon) that takes place DIRECTLY after the ending of the first game... If you want the gist of it...So I guess FFXIII-2 takes place in some sort of alternate universe where? Or maybe since time travel has been confirmed in the game, it was the work of the Time Haters? Whatever, at least Hope looks more badass.Lightning sacrificed herself along with Fang and Vanille to prevent Cocoon from crashing into Pulse at the end of FFXIII
