Then once everyone starts moaning about ftilt and then discovers THE POWER OF SMASH DI, then there shall be a POWER UP to ULTRA SUPER SAIYAN.

Luckily America recently reached Super Saiyan 3.

Updated the list, as I'm under the impression there wont be any other tournaments for this month.

However, the list is at a 4 month cycle this time around.
Reason being that the number of regions running things were less than desired(2 from NSW, 1 national, 1 adelaide).
