My personal fav is Toradora. Since it finished I've watched it 3 more times from start to finish. I highly recommend everyone watch it that hasn't already.

I'm also reading the light novels right now. Its interesting to see what they changed and left out.

Twisted psycho drama that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's basically Death note on crack.
Sad thing is after watching it, I get bored of any animes I try to watch now because it's not as amazing as Monster.

Realistic Samurai stuff is great too.

Gundam Wing, Full Metal Alchemist (Even though I didn't finish it. ) Trigun, Kenshin, Fushigi Yuugi, Peach girl, Yu Yu Hakusho, Sailor moon, Fire Emblem, Ghost in the Shell, Gravitation, Loveless, Descendants of Darkness (Yami no Matsuei. ), Samurai Champloo, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Cowboy bebop, Sonice the hedgehog ( I'm an old school fan with Sonic. ) Night walker, Betterman, Gundam 00 (plan to finish that. ), I did care for Bleach. I'm starting to not care about it. XD

The rest I can mention I just can't think of them right now.
