Depends on the types of job. You can legally work when you are 12 depending on the job.

Most employers wont bother hiring anyone less than 16 usually.

Also unless the information I researched was false/old you should be able to work in some jobs. I don't know what the hell a tourny organizer would fall under though considering before that all you can really do is cleaning/fastfood/waiting tables before you are 16.
