So far as I know, it's the japanese made tier list based off the arcade info. No frame data yet, however the arcade crack made it so that combos/approaches have been evolving rapidly.
For example, bang now has bnb combos that do about 4k, an invincible 2 frame super that's safe on block, and improved speed/mobility.

if we get 3 people probably 80-100 dollars, idk im just guessing but the entry fee alone is 30, maybe pay for some food for three days add 10-15 dollars, pitch in for gas can be like 30-40 depends how much we stop its only 7 hour drive. it could be less idk
we will be staying if im lucky in wichita the town of the tounry with the real inferno
if we dont get him we will have to drive an extra 30 minutes to topeka with fino

k thats reasonable, the only problem is that i have an exam on 17th, i'm really not confident about it. if i can study for it this week or something and start feeling good about the material i'll go.
