Ness sucks but... Ness >>> Lucas... Lucas is kind of a stupid character and well, Ness isn't, lol. (Note that stupid doesn't mean not fun to play )

It's pretty sweet when G&W uair owns his recovery but it rarely ever happens.

Seriously, Lucas has one of the best recoveries in the game. As a Mr. Game & Watch main, I'm envious of Lucas's recovery. He doesn't even need Pk Thunder. Mario's odds of gimping a competent Lucas are about 0%. Lucas doesn't have many other positives, but don't deny him his ridiculous recovery.
Anyway, to comment on the stats, it's nice that Mr. Game & Watch is moving back up. 18th in the initial winter stats was pretty lame! Also, I think Meta Knight's lead over the rest of the cast has shrunk a bit since Fall (wasn't he over double Snake then as opposed to under double Snake like he is now?). It's going really slowly, but it seems like the higher tiers are evening out a bit.

That list is wrong in so many ways it not even funny. You obviously know NOTHING about competitive smash.
Besides the Fact this isn't a tier list and merely a reflection of how characters are placing in tournaments.
