CoD has just gotten to the point where I rage. Here's what you need to know about me.

I'm already on anti-depressants. If I'm raging, something is WRONG (besides with me).

I'm not enjoying it like I used to, but it's almost with all games. I love Halo (Reach is gonna ROCK). CoD is just... another shooter I like. Let me stress... like.

Will I never play with you guys again? I wouldn't say that. Will I still visit for shenanigans? Of course.

Pikaville, the only things you really miss out on is the M93 and Stingers. Use what works for YOU. If you can do well with those sets, by all means, OMA it up. But if you find yourself wishing you had a secondary, just opt out for SoH or Scavenger. To truly take advantage of OMA, set one of your killing classes to Hardline as your perk 2. Once you get your predator, switch to the hardline kit, drop it, get your harriers, if your harriers get you one kill, you get your EAD.

The M4A1 is a 30-20 gun, meaning that without Stopping Power, it will kill in 4-5 bullets, not factoring bullet penetration. With stopping power, it will kill in 3-4 bullets.

You're much better off using the full-auto lead laser (ACR). It's just as weak, and shoots slightly slower (Not enough to make a real difference), but it has significantly less recoil.

I don't have any long posts, but...

FAMAS' bullets land on the target quicker. It shoots slightly slower than the M16, but all three bullets hit the target 'quicker' than the M16 bullets, so you'll kill them faster.

EDIT:

It has a slower reload and slower swap times than the M16A4, but its damage does not drop off until slightly further and it has less recoil than the M16A4, provided that the M16A4 is not equipped with a Holographic Sight. This difference in damage makes the FAMAS slightly better than the M16A4 at medium range but riskier to use in closer quarters when a specialized secondary is necessary, unless if one relies on hip-firing

Without stopping power, 4-5 depending on distance. TTK = .225-.3

With stopping power, 3-4 depending on distance. TTK = .15-.225

The CoD wikia says that there is 0.00% chance of getting an EMP in an emergency airdrop.

The only time I've ever gotten one is in an EAD.

Two UMP classes is kind of a lot, you really should just be running the silenced one.

Stuns > Flash

I'd recommend Commando over SitRep on your ACR class; tube classes are generally good for sitting back and lobbing grenades, so you really shouldn't need to worry about claymores and such, and this will give you some much needed protection up close.

I have a really hard time condoning sniper usage with OMA, but if it works for you, more power to you.

That Riot shield class has no offensive capabilities, but if you use it in the way you describe, I guess that's fine. Otherwise I'd recommend C4+Danger Close.

But I'm all about Team Fortress 2 on Steam right now. :D /offtopic.
