waiting for mars to hurry up with that **** blunt
Isn't the limit 256 lines or something? either way, that hardly looks like it's over the limit...
I even tried using the method where it can load more than 256 (or whatever) lines, and that didn't work either.
And if you mean seperate codes, how is 7 is too many...?
if u use the snapshot method the limit is about 12,000 lines, gct is 256 lines

use a gct and the dynamic sd loader codes together

This one allows you to pick them off of your CSS. Go into Melee stages and you'll see some extra icons.
If you want the button activated stage modifier I can give that one. Don't use the one that changes random into a hacked stage. It only lets you pick one stage.

Oops, I just noticed I meant FMK. Does anyone know if FMK has a Smashboards account? I tried typing in FMK for member search and no results popped up.
His account is FullMetalKirby. I saw him here a while ago. I'm not sure if he's still active.

Is Gecko OS 1.07 obsolete now that 1.8 is here? Today I tried to load it, and it brought me to Gecko OS, but it didn't show the menu options. Just the Gecko OS title, and a green lizard icon at the bottom left corner.

I was wondering if this happens to anyone else or if its just the me but lots of Wario texture hacks don't work. The stage loads, (it wouldn't normally without a workaround I mention later on) but during certain Wario animations (not sure which ones) it freezes the game. Its happened to me with Zombie Wario, Flying Wario and Eggman Wario. The only Wario texture hack that works for me is Striker Wario, which only came with a .pcs file, which is strange that it works because don't you need .pac files for Wario's textures to work?

Also, I'm aware certain texture just simply don't work (for whatever reason) but I found a work around for 99% of them. Usually when you have a texture that doesn't work, you push start on the character select screen, you see the stage select screen for like less than a second, then the game freezes and your Wii makes a buzzing noise. To avoid this, just change your stage selection to random! You push start at the character select screen and then the stage starts loading. I don't know if this is already known but I thought I'd just share it.

Character data starts loading as soon as you select your character, so after a few seconds, no matter where you are in the menu, the game will freeze. this is easily shown by moveswaps. when a moveswap combination won't work, after you select the character from the menu, after a few seconds, the game will freeze up as it is trying to load some other character's animations onto the character which doesn't work.

"Character data starts loading as soon as you select your character, so after a few seconds, no matter where you are in the menu, the game will freeze."

This is not true. Like I said, without my work around, the match doesn't load, you don't even get to see your character in motion, but with my work around, the match starts and you play and it works (except with Wario textures).

"when a moveswap combination won't work, after you select the character from the menu after a few seconds, the game will freeze up"

You just push A on your character and then it freezes a couple of seconds later?

Thanks for replying, but it didn't answer my question about if other people have these problems with Wario textures.

Take out your GameCube memory cards if you're going to use Gecko OS. Gecko thinks the memory cards are USB Geckos, so it tries to load the USB data from them, but can't, so it does nothing. Take them out, and Gecko OS works like normal.

Quick question.

Is it not possible to put textures on Jigglypuff's sleep hat costume? (green sleep hat) Because I've tried putting like 3 different textures on it and it freezes as a match starts. Every other Jigglypuff costume is fine.

Please help with the control bosses in Boss Battles mode code.

I have all the codes to control the bosses and the "control bosses" code. They say you have to have a GC controller plugged into port 3. I did that, and I still can not choose their moves! Do I need one in port 1 or will I be using one controller to control both the boss and my char? To prove I am not not doing the right moves, they will not die when I press start

Also, are there any existing Stage Builder codes besides 'infinite objects' and 'overlap objects'?

Finally, is there a way to have more than 256 lines of code loaded?

Try turning off all codes but the boss battles codes. Is the code for your region?

hello eyeryone,
i have a problem with Brawl+.Homebrew Channel works and gecko does also. The Wii finds the codes and applies SSBB.After choosing a char I choose a stage and while loading the stage, the Wii freezes. What´s that supposed to be? O.O

Random Datas:
Europe
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
PAL-Version
Wii-Version:3.2 E
Homebrew Channel installed
Gecko OS 1.9 installed
Codes used:

So,I would be very pleased if anyone could help me xD

Thx
Use the double gct method or the other method for booting codesets with lines over the limit.

if this codeset is the recent one from the plussery, its over 256 lines of code u need to do either the double .gct method to load it or ys's gameconfig method

The gameconfig modification method was developed by Brkirch. Y.S. ensured it worked on other versions.

Gordo, some people have reported problems with the codes associated with Buffering in the currently uploaded Brawlplusery set. I recommend you make the PAL version currently released in the thread (it'll require using the code manager) - this bypasses these issues.

Hello!

I think this is the right forum/thread for my rather extensive question, if not I would really appreciate being correctly directed :).

I want to be able to play Brawl+ 4.0 PAL on my Wii (I want a good Jiggly Rest : D).

I have an SD card, however, I am completely clueless as to what to do with it.

I would really like some osrt of step-by-step guide, like how to set up the homebrew, how to add the codes into the SD card, what other programs I might need and so on.

Also, I have the latest version of Wii, the one where there is an SD-icon at the bottom. I am not sure if it's even compatible in this version, and if it's not, how do I fix it?

I realize this is a rather annoying and time-consuming question to answer but I would be incredibly grateful for any help, links, guides etc etc.

Thank you so much in advance!

Ok i have a question. I already have homebrew installed on my wii so im not asking about that. My sd slot in my wii broke. I want to know if there is anyway i can load codes through say a usb flash drive? With programs like loadmii and the usb launcher existing i know it's possible for the wii to read data through usb. Anyone know of a way i can load codes in gecko Os through the usb flash drive instead of the sd card?

Is there a fix to the "Taunt to Perform Victory Poses" code that makes it where when you use it it doens't return your character to normal size if you have a Size Mod?

I'm pretty confused... So, I was using Gecko OS 1.07, and then one day it stopped working. Now I'm trying to understand what everyone's talking about, with all these different names, and versions, I don't know what I'm suppose to be downloading. So basically, I need to know what I need to download, and how to, since my Gecko OS 1.07 isn't working. You guys need a technical dictionary or something, I'm sure not everyone is computer savvy, :/.

Thanks, and sorry if I sound ignorant, I'm just so lost right now, >_<.

What is the file path for hacked stages?
Like inside of the PF Folder, what do you do from there?
X>private>wii>app>RSBE (assuming you're NTSC-U)>pf>Stage>Melee (assuming you want multiplayer stages)

Also, Illin,
Wikipedia said:
Sometimes NTSC-US or NTSC-U/C is used to describe the ideo gaming region of North America (the U/C refers to US + Canada),
