Is there a specific file name the Strap loader needs to be in?

No. It's the original form. Something else is causing your freeze.

Does editing the MiscData cause the game to freeze whe you press start at the CSS? If not, what else could it be? plz only answer if you know

pf->menu->strap name it strapEN when you save it see if that works

Any stage file. Im trying to Figure out how to edit them like Dantarion. Like, making it so that Luigis Mansion the House istantly breaks. Or On Shadow Moses as soon as you are spotted the Metal gear appears. Or Rainbow Cruise the Boat never moves.

You could try hexing it if brawlwall doesn't work
