SFH, I wouldn't consider calling someone out on their naivety/ignorance the same as belittling their intelligence. Arrogance and stubbornness exist independently from intelligence as well.

MK ban threads are disallowed in the public forums area due to them never being able to remain civil. If they were able to remain civil we'd allow them. ADHD's thread was not instantly locked purely because the moderators in question felt it was 'fair' to let it go on until problems arose.

A government voted into power can bring in laws (if they have the swing in both houses) which are not what the general public wants. You're on the side of the coin that thinks everyone wants to discuss MK in the public forum - but I'm sure more than just moderators are sick of the crap that those threads cause (and the people who like them purely for the cinematic effects don't count *cough*rei*cough*). As smashboards is a service we offer under guidelines we create the user(s) always have the option of going elsewhere. Yes we 'dictate' the rules; however, you're not forced to abide by our rules elsewhere. I am stemming this argument purely because you brought up the whole 'moderators aren't elected' thing and you implied we're a dictatorship of sorts; trying to compare online privately run services to government operations doesn't make sense (to me).

Most anime have 12 episode seasons.
And they're usually all start at around the same time. So its winter, summer, autumn and spring seasons, pretty much.

Hence, someone like me, is a seasonal anime watcher. Two seasons ago was MADOKAAAAAAAAA.

Personally I really really hate this season.
Because every show airs on friday. That means I'm getting like 4 days of nothing to watch and then I have to go through like 6 episodes over two days. **** sux.
