Back in early secondary school, me and some kids would go into one of the residential homes at lunchtime and just watch a ton of TV - it was mostly Tivo'd Simpsons reruns, but occasionally we'd watch Cartoon Network (it was almost never Nickelodeon or Disney Channel, universally either CN or Tivo'd Simpsons) - and thus we watched a ton of episodes of Ben 10: Alien Force out of order with no context and I'd always wonder "why are they making such big deals out of these guys being plumbers? this show ain't about fixing pipes!"

Turns out they were just a space police called "The Plumbers". Huh.

In 7 years time at minimum, we'll look back on the Cruella movie and think "what was Disney thinking?" in the same way we look back at Blank Check and The Wild. It's such a ridiculous concept for a movie - OK, they want to make PG-13 Joker with a Disney villain, I can get behind that, but why Cruella? All she wants is a dog coat, she's not a tragic villain riddled by mental illness or a suppressive society, no, she just wants a dog coat, and that plot only works if your heroes are dogs which is borderline impossible in live action without making it look really stupid.

I kinda did like Maleficent though.

Crash is one of my most wanted Smash fighters, but I can't help but worry his moveset would just be a direct port from Crash 3 rather than taking cues from obscure/lesser games like Twinsanity and the Mutants duology, making things up, and using unconventional elements like Karts and crates as attacks.
