Well done musical numbers in non musical things are my ****ing jam.

I have followed the series since FNAF 1, I actually have a distinct memory of looking at the ESRB leak for Smash Bros. and watching Markiplier's first Fnaf Video after seeing it. So I have some history with it, I was all into the fan culture, the rumors, theories and especially fan games. In fact I was so into the series that it encouraged me to start making Youtube videos and making fanart to post online, that is how I started posting on the internet in the first place, I made fnaf edits on DeviantArt. I loved each game more and more as things happened, I was there for all of Fnaf 2 and 3. In fact I remember the fnaf 3 pre release streams and how everyone thout it was the ending of the series.

I also distinctly remember the hype for Fnaf 4 with the amazing Nightmare designs and the lore drops when the game finally released. I bought Fnaf World and actually enjoyed it before it went free. Sister Location I actually ended up buying day 1 and beating it over the next 2 days (before they patched it to make it easier). I remember partaking in FFPS and posting some of the first screenshots of some of the unexpected stuff in the game. Ultimate Custom Night was where I basically finished off my biggest interest in the series, I thought it was over after this so I could enjoy what was there. Help Wanted was a cool thing, but It required VR and I never really paid much attention to it. They announced Security Breach and I was super excited.

Then it was revealed that Scott Cawthon donated far too much money to some of the worst people on the planet and was a pro-life nutjob. This was a huge blow because, while I wasn't as invested in the series, I still felt a lot of fondness over it and kept a place in my heart for it. This event turned me off of the series as a whole basically until Security Breach came out. When that came out I watched videos but still felt bad watching stuff from it, the series was soured for me, Despite the fact that the fondness never really went away. But I could not consume anything from the series without feeling guilt. That brings me to the movie where I still feel guilty about even potentially wanting to see this.

This whole situation is probably just me being a massive hypocrite because I play Fortnite, I play Blizzard Games. I consume **** from some of the worst companies on the planet. But I feel that a corporation and a series owned by an individual are different things. There are people who work for bad companies who don't want to do bad things. Things owned solely by bad people use that do continue to do bad things. It's a bad situation, I think the fact that I am even ranting about this makes me feel bad.
