    Alright, they don't have a power rankings because they suck.
    Second of all, in brawl they only have one good player. Dekar.
    Third of all, in melee they have 3 good players. Sliraobe God(Falcon,Falco,Fox), Erich(Marth), and Alphabravo.

    I am no longer a part of NM. But, I visited there a few weeks ago. I can still tell you they suck pretty bad.

    I really don't think that anywhere in the Midwest does any Power Rankings. I've never seen threads for it yet.

    Well Ive been trying to think of a name for my tournaments so well use that

    my and vorguens tournaments are held at University of Brownsvile, while syoudus is held at a hotel

    i think we should use the university.

    We have brawlfest which is vorguen's thing, which is at aobut 9 i beleive. I also host a non named tournametn every now and then and syoudous is hosting a smash to go for the first time.

    Hehe I'm honestly not a huge smasher. I support the competitive scene entirely, but if you were to go through all my posts, you'd see that I hang out pretty much exclusively at the bottom of the boards -- in all the non-SSB rooms. Though I do play from time to time, I've grown apart from Smash Bros, but would like to jumpstart my interest in it once again. Getting a chance to meet the community in person is what I look forward to the most, so I'll come around. I don't live all that far from Funplex (I drive over to Beechnut often, I know a few people who live off it), so I'll definitely be there. I've a feeling I went there once when I was much, much younger for something or another.

    But yeah, I'm a native Houstonian through and through. Perhaps I should start posting in the Houston thread. If any small SSB-events come up, I'll be sure to try and make the rounds.

    I live in Houston so I shouldn't have a problem making it to HOBO 22 or WHOBO2. I was actually at the first WHOBO, but showed last minute on the last day, so I didn't compete; just wanted to see what it was like (awesome). I tried going to the last few HOBOs, but was hindered by some stupid reasons. Definitely gonna make this one.

    So thanks for the info and the cash-spotting. If I can, I'll still bring a Wii and TV to help get things going if there aren't enough units set up.

    If your free tonight may be we can play some! I think i am going to try to play zss more offten. I think i am going to do my best to deal with the lag and just play her and i hope get better with her. (i think she the best chater in the game but that just my views and there by worth working on)

    On a side note if i was to play falcoo for real i would like to play like Ozz. just simply waching him play he dose not use lazzer that much nor dose he seem to use cg. Though i have not wach too much.
    My problm with falco is i use F air a lot on ever one i play so i do it with falco too and F air on falcoo is kind of crap lol. Any suggesion?

    Very heavly def you also like to spot dodges a lot. now you cant do z air on rob thx god lol but his F air is kind of a subatue. You need to chase ppl off the side with rob or up into the air wich you did in some of our game most of the time you where exploting my how to put it dume ness lol by spmaing down titl off the side now down titl is good but its good start up if you can trip them. I belive a 0 chargs top is good too in that you can pick it up easer then living your opone a free item. hmmm what else.

    Any way its fun playing you even though your anoying to play but your allways fun to combo i cant kill you with these combos but is sure feels good to get you in one after you been spaming safly moves lol.

    Well you play rob the same way you play every one else i think so its not diffrent. On a side note i know zss has a 0 death on rob i will not use it even if i knew how like i will liment my self to 2 chain grabs on falco also i will not spam lazzer just to get you to approcs i try my best not to play cheep i think all 0 death should be baned from the game and cg limanted severly.

    Yes, thats what I believe the rules should be. Honestly I thought that the no stalling rule covered gliding under the stage repeatedly already, since it covers repeated pounding/etc. You'd just have to put it as an example there to clarify that its not allowed.

    Making it so Mk loses if there are more than 40 grabs and the time doesn't run out is pointless. If he starts planking and gos over 40, his opponent can just wait for the time to run out and cash in a free win. If for some reason mk goes over 40, gets back into the fight and wins, then he outplayed his opponent and deserves the victory.
    You say you're tired of bending the rules for Mk players, but the only thing you need to do is keep the ledge grab rule like usual and put Scrooging/Grinching/whatever you want to call it as an example under No Stalling and just judge rule it. The reason the LGL has an exact limit is because the game records them, so people can go on without a judge call. You can't do that for gliding.
    And the Ledge grab rule should be for all characters. Zac would have beaten ADHD if he hadn't gotten off the ledge. "He should just pick mk" is no excuse.

    sorry vids of it never got recorded. I didnt wanna start a debate on all this crap and there would be no justification because people feel the need to allow anything slide vs ice climbers.
