The ending of grease is not only problematic but such a cop-out as well. Plot is literally just resolved with “hmm I have the sudden urge to change every aspect of my personality and motivations to suit the male lead”

I dislike the trope of “hey look we did a remake of a thing and a very iconic moment was changed to be the opposite” but that said I liked the part of the new indiana jones trailer where indy does whatever whip tricks and they pull out a bunch of guns at him

The modern jumanji movies are a guilty pleasure for me because I think the stories themselves are kinda meh but I actually really ended up liking some of the characters by the end and think they actually went through a surprising amount of growth in the sequel. To be honest though, this is probably just because I get overly attached to characters sometimes lol
If a series has a post-nuclear apocalypse setting, only takes place in one country, and the reason the apocalypse happens is only vaguely defined in the actual media then I’m headcanoning it as taking place in the same universe as every other piece of media that fits that criteria.
so in my book fallout, metro, mad max and fist of the north star take place in the same universe because why the **** can’t they?

For the steam sale I bought command & conquer remastered collection, deus ex and deus ex invisible war, half-life, the orange box, kotor, and titan souls (because whenever there’s a really big sale I always try to buy something I never heard of before)
I’m playing metro 2033 and it took me a solid few hours to realize there’s a button to switch weapons, every time a gun ran out of ammo i just didn’t do anything about it
I recently played the first Doom and after playing it I think I’m still pretty proud of the Doomslayer moveset I made in the smash of another universe thread where his specials are generally melee attacks and his other attacks are generally gun moves

I really dislike MGSV. The fact that they took one of the best game series ever and changed the gameplay to basically just be “far cry with a good story” is so sad to me. Peace Walker did it’s gameplay concepts much better and makes it actually still feel like an mgs game
