Hey guys, I forgot to tell you that I'm stupid. About the platform cancel-->dsmash thing, you don't need to set a shoulder button to attack. You can just use Z, lol

So, ever d-smashed Snake off-stage, and gotten angry when your spike didn't kill him?
Footstool him, then go down for a spike.
I think that if you fast-fall out of the footstool fast enough... the spike is guaranteed out of his cypher... much lower than a d-smash can put him.

I have been telling people Cypher is the best projectile in the game for a while now. Baits you into spiking then auto gimps you. Even has heatseeking properties and will fly through the stage to hit you. 2012 Snake Meta

Congrats to everyone who made it out of pools into bracket!

Nick lost too shugo then salem (oh shii)
Salem lost to nairo then beat nick riddle (oh ****) then lost to Mr R (i really hope that was saved)
DRN lost to zero and then beat dojo (fantastic job dude!!!) and then lost to will (...seriously now... beat dojo then lose to..dk?)

DRN and Salem both outplaced Nick at this, and I couldn't be happier. Nothing against Nick of course, but it's good to see more than 1 ZSS placing well. After listening to the commentary at both Concentrate 2 and Apex 2012, it sounds like nobody knows anything about ZSS except for ZSS mains themselves, and Florida.

Edit: Really hope you guys had your matches recorded. Definitely wouldn't mind taking a look.

gratz , i rly dont play as much but about 6 months ago i think outta 100 friendlies i think ive won like 3 times because he doesnt like to sand bag and it sucksss

I grab when I predict something I can grab.

Like a dash towards me, a spotdodge, that stuff. A grab overall is only good when you know you won't take too much punishment for it, though. It's always a risk 'cause of the wonky hitbox.
