The tail is the weakspot for regular Dodongos. So as long as Hbox doesn't Dtilt, Utilt or Bair then he's good.

Yes, you did. "Whom" is used as the object of a sentence, when you might respond to the question or statement with "him"/"her". If you would use he/she, use who.
