i'm learning the piano but failing... wish i had musical talent

I played trumpet for about 7 years (middle school through highschool). When I got braces my skill went waaaay down, then I got used to it, then when I got them off, it went waaaay down before I got used to that.

I kinda miss it now though, so I will probably start it back up next semester in college.

The recorder, then clarinet. I have been leaning over to learning how to play the piano. Yoko Shimomura pretty much inspired me. She is GOOD.

I started playing Alto Saxophone in 6th grade. In high school, I picked up the Clarinet as a secondary (both alto and Bb soprano Clarinet) and as well as the Soprano Saxophone for a piece we had to play for a competition. I also took a beginner violin class one summer but didn't get to learn much. I also tried out the Oboe but I graduated high school so I did not get far on that.

On a serious note, the drums are extremely difficult for me to play. I just can't multi-task on those things.

Despite being able to keep the beat right in my head, I just have a hard time playing the drums because I go from being right to all the things merge into one beat (like, my foot on the bass tries to do the same thing as my snare hand or something)

I used to be pretty good at the piano. Shame I can't bring my piano to uni, but I try to play when I get the chance. My favourite composer is Chopin

I played the tuba back when I was in junior high. LOL.

Since then, I moved on to the trumpet. (Lighter weight, affordable, etc.). I play a little piano as well, and a little bit of guitar.

Not really. I go from low C to high A, two notes above the scale. But after the 3rd hour, there's certain songs I have to skip.
