hmmm

okay listen up everyone. Weve been getting spectators which we do not want to deal with. Last time one of them was demanding **** and telling us how to run our tournament and complaining. Ken and I dont need this. So we are making this post to solve this problem. So if we see it tomorrow we will escort or kick the spectator out.

So im going to make this as clear as possible. If you bring parents, or any sort, girl friends etc, and have no choice, but them because they are your ride our house. We demand, YES DEMAND, a spectators fee. We also want them to keep their mouths shut. If they have questions about how long the tournament is going to take etc or driving directions they can ask. We do not need them to run our tournament for us. They do not know anything and it isn't their tournament.

Most of the time we prefer if people dont bring spectators. So with that said spectators fee now is 5 bucks. And we are keeping it this way until the end of our bi weekly. Now with that said See everyone tomorrow.

Same rules, same me, don't like it dont show. As for those who are ban it still stands.

I thought you guys always had a spectator’s fee?

You see the last time I went over, someone gave me a ride. He was basically going to chill, to give me a ride back home, and he was going to pay a spectator’s fee. He didn’t take a controller; he was only going to watch.

Well, apparently you made him pay for singles and doubles even though he told you he wasn’t going to play. I don’t understand why you couldn’t just charge him a spectator’s fee when that’s what he was ready to do. He wasn’t there to play friendlies or anything, how would he if he didn’t have a controller? He’s not even into the game either, especially the tourney scene.

His doubles partner was a Lv. 9 CPU, and I had to share my controller with him for the beginning of doubles, at one point holding back a match because I didn’t have my controller with me. Afterwards he didn’t even bother to play his matches because it was pointless.

What did he get out of this experience? Well he certainly didn’t enjoy it.

Would he do it again? I doubt it.

I respect what you mean about your house, it is a big deal when someone is hosting a tourney in their home. But as a host, I would think you could be a bit more respectful. I should blame myself for not talking to you after you did that to him. I did talk to Ken afterwards but it was pretty much pointless since the tourney had started.

Oh yeah, his brand new shoes were stolen as well. Not one shoe but the pair, (I guess it wouldn’t matter to have one or two).

ultra your friend was a guy right? I posted specifically for that time that if they are guys it doesnt apply to them meaning if they come they pay for both singles and doubles to enter. Normally guys play smash so i dont if they are there to spectate or not they are still going to get friendlies in at the end. Spectators only works for females and parents etc. Otherwise this rule applies. I am stating this because of what happened last time at my house if u came then u would know otherwise i dont know what your talking about. If his brand new shoes were stolen u can blame other smashers, they were ****ing with the kid in front of our house. I tell people just to come and play smash i never said go **** with our neighbors which we dont know at all. If those kids stole ur friends shoes go to that specific house and complain about that kid. As far as im concerned if u talked to me during that time it wouldnt have changed because i did post that all males who come must play. Spectator rule doesnt apply to them.

WHOA WHOA WHOA!!

wait a minute..........

hold it....

so you're telling me that Gabe is gay? WTF.
and now he's stealing shoes cause he has a feet fetish?
that shet is wack.

and i pose a conundrum.... by pharmaCYST Mike Y.

what happens if someone gay like Gabe brought along his boyfriend. Would he have to pay to play singles and doubles or just the spectator fee..?I mean i know gabe will jump into any "doubles" he can get himself into but that is besides from playing smash. hmm...interesting proposal...

More on this development at 11 o Clock in the channel 9 news.

ken I forgot to say that I won't be able to make until 1:30 at the earliest. if you're doing lv/socal at the end then don't worry. and I'm not competing in the tourney so don't delay the ish because of that.

--GCII
crap i wanted to do the vegas vs socal thing at 1 pm.... but i guess we could hold off until you come.. try to come earlier...

Actually can anyone bring a VCR/Tapes to record the Crew battle? then we could start earlier that'll be nice

heh

that seems pretty sexist that guys have to pay for it.
it may sound this way mike, however, think about it. If your a guy and your friend plays smash chances are you play smash correct? Now if your friend or yourself cant get a ride and this guy doesnt want to enter the tournament, however, happens to get friendlies in or takes fills up space in my house its just as if he went to the tournament to get friendlies in or learn. Now this rule was not just created by me, but by ken also. Weve thought carefully about this and this is how people are. Guys come play a few matches and leave no matter if they are serious or not we dont care they still come to play. If you come to play the rule is u must enter both singles and doubles.

Now let me give u another good example. Aesis' girlfriend or some kids parents. Chances are they come to support their boyfriends. I dont see them asking for friendlies and chance are they just dont care about the game, but are there for support. These people are allowed to come for the price of 5 bucks which is fairly cheap that we do not charge rent fees like some places do. Like in the tri weeklies they take out money to pay for the venue or the church in sb. Weve been nice enough to hold these bi weeklies for so cheap. I mean in the future we can easily raise it for more when brawl comes out so only people who really want to get good comes. But we arent like this. So now let me get back to why its okay for them to come and not guys who have friends who play smash just to come to watch and sit around. So thus spectators meaning females and parents etc. Can come and watch however i do not favor them saying stuff like you need to run the tournament faster, we need to leave by 5 pm or **** like that. So that is why i need to be clear and post this in advance. If you understand then u would agree if u didnt then its not your place to post things like oh its sexiest because in the end lets say i become very lenient and let all their friends come and spectate then we would have a house full of people. Who do not enter the tournament and when tvs are free play their friendlies. Waste of time , waste of our house space.

Updated-

chances are if gabe is gay, and had a gay boyfriend lets say wolf, which happens to be gay. Then both would play smash, and have smash orgies. Like sausage fest tournies every night.

You shouldn’t assume that everyone who is a spectator automatically wants to get in on some friendlies ESPECIALLY when they don’t have a controller with them. I really hope you read what I said correctly. My ride wasn’t a smasher; he was just there to give me and Plan 9 a ride.

As for the kid, no one was provoking that little *******. I was the first person to get there, you told me that you guys were going to start the tourney at 1 because you had to fix things inside. Everyone was just waiting outside and talking, the kid acted stupid on his own.

Well I honestly hope you keep the spectators fee for good. If the only possible way to go to your tourneys is by getting a ride from someone but that person gets in a sense disrespected, then what am I suppose to do?

I wasn’t there at the last biweekly so I don’t know what happened with that person who was telling you guys what to do, I’m just telling you out of my rides experience, it wasn’t enjoyable at all.

Fun Biweekly! Everyone is too good in Westminster!

Ken and Mike, thanks for hosting this, I'm sorry I wasn't able to bring a TV since I my car was full from bringing Bone and Pat/Azn Lep. Mike, thanks for all the friendlies!

Edrees, my San Diego hero <3

Mike Y, thank you for all the help, I think I'm your bigesst fan! <333 I hope you do come to the Triweekly next saturday! I'll get an autograph!

Pha, how random was it that you came? Play more smash! :] I'll see you next week for the Harmony vs UCSD crew battle!

E40, I'm sorry for the Sheikness, but the Marth dittos were cool! :]

Inks, omigosh that was such a close match!! I can't believe I won! Thank you to Bone and Azn Lep for the good luck/tension relief massage <3

Bone, You beat Las Vegas' second best player in the first round! That match was so intense!

Pat/Azn Lep, thanks for putting up with my driving, I'm sorry I got lost all the time :-P

These biweeklies are very fun, I hope my third one is is just as fun as the last two!

yes

was any of socal vs vegas recorded? id love to see the massacre...
the game 2 has all the tapes hell put it on youtube or online once hes done.

the next bi weekly is march 24 not the average every other week bi weekly. This one is a special one because its my bday and chu and vidjo are going to be here.

Remember march 24.

requirements:

10 bucks for entry fee
10 bucks for food. Remember i stress this. If you bring something that is not ten bucks in food i will not NOT let you in. So if you want to be safe just bring ten bucks and give it to me and ill buy food with it?

You do not want to miss this bi weekly its going to be huge.

if your a spectator and would like to attend, its still the same. Spectators must pay 5 bucks as a spectating fee, on top of 10 to help out with food. No excuses. Even if you show up later and decide to stay, etc.

hahaha I wonder why Edrees :)

Fun biweekly. Thanks to Ken and Mike for having us come over. It's been a while since I've seen so many familiar faces, so that was wonderful

Vegas people: It was great to play some Out of staters for once haha. Hope you guys had fun

Rickety: lol at ur comment. Hopefully I'll be down for a triweekly soon. Fun matches :)

Wolfy: Don't worry man, Candy Mountain was an unstoppable team. We got this next time Charlieeeeeee :)

Joe: hey you finally beat me :) You really are getting better, so good stuff. But I'll still always have the memory of 4 stocking you in tourney ;).

Azeem G: Thanks for getting me sick for the past few days. 8 dollars in drinks is too good. I loved you living till 200% on every stock and taking 8 stocks against vegas ;). Deep Socal's DI is amazing.

Edrees: Rapesies as usual. Don't worry man I know you had that sh*t. Man you really are getting too good.

Mango: Hey great performance. Looks like you've really improved in the last couples of weeks. Good stuff man

HugO gOnZaLeS: F*ck man, it's impossible to play against you. lol but good matches man. After the crew battle, I think it's safe to say that Azeem is the best Samus in Socal, guaranteed :)

Jose: haha I didn't look it, but I was pretty surprised to see you. Glad to see back in socal, cuz it's not as much fun just talking sh*t about Hugo and Gabe and Wolf lol jk

Gabriel: Wonderful story about Omar :) It's nice to know that you all were so close as little kids. We didn't get to play team friendlies, what the hell? lol

Pat: Man you are by far the worst teammate ever. You rest me when I'm trying to get in between ur fights, I'm dead for sure, but you don't even save me. You die stupidly so I have less lives to steal. Come on!!!!!! haha but that was a whole lot of fun.
