A deprived childhood should never be laughed at... When you come down here, you're getting waffles...i've never had waffles.. (yes go ahead and laugh)
For anyone familiar with Fremantle...If not there is one golden rule, Tuesday = Half price waffle day!Start talking about waffles ^^
Whats the best thing that ever came out of freemantle? For anyone familiar with Fremantle...If not there is one golden rule, Tuesday = Half price waffle day!
I'm in exactly the same boat and I'll most likely be thereOh and I was reading the next one may be the 29th....Doubt I'll make it, Party on the 28th and if I left early on the 29th for a tourney I'd be killed.....
So basically we can't do anything with the Convention Centre unless we get a sponsor??? Either/or we lie and risk the consequencesEDIT: Also, I need a way to say 'video game tournament', while still sounding swish, and a company I represent for Convention Center.![]()
We'll probably get a sponsor in the form of Gametraders, hopefully. If not, we'll go beg to some other video game selling company. So basically we can't do anything with the Convention Centre unless we get a sponsor??? Either/or we lie and risk the consequences
Computer game tournament??? Gaming tournament??? Maybe also say it's a national tournament to sorta give some credibility to it (as something doesn't really go to a national competitive level unless it's popular enough)...
if the dates will be changed, i will sort of need to know quickly, being the organising i need to do with my friend.Hmm. Maybe we should look into having it on the 6th or something.
in my opinion, i think that would make them swing a little more to the positive response, being that it's a National, it'll draw a lot more than just say, our regular 20 to 30 attendees. And yeah I think a National Tournament or something.
Hal-no... The FPS community will **** all over the fighter game community in terms of what's required (4TVs + 4 consoles all linked for one freakin' match probably)... Given it's only a three day thing, I reckon we could only fit in one other game (to be played on the same day as SF4???) before it'd all become way too convoluted and people would have to start picking and choosing which game they want to participate in...Main events will still be Brawl, Melee and SF4, though, since no other console game can compete with those numbers unless we start having Halo tournaments.
Possibly, with emphasis on "well written"... Does anyone here actually do or know anyone who does commercei think the most simple and best way to get our point across would be through a well written Business Plan.
