They're not gonna stop making stuff for this game guys. At the very least they'll finish releasing the alt costumes for everyone and get 2 more DLC characters in.

However, should this prove to be true, I am never buying anything from this company ever again.
Or you could also just buy used since that way your money won't go to Capcom.

No, I wouldn't buy used. I'd still hypothetically be giving them my time when they supposedly don't deserve it. But that's assuming this is true, which I don't think it is.

I think this is going to confuse a lot of people.

So you're going to be so biased against a company that if they make a game that is essentially Jesus Christ in interactive electronic media form that you won't even buy it used, rent it, borrow it, pirate it, steal it, etc. because your time is so precious that you don't want it to be spent on a game made by a company you don't like?

And you call ME pretentious.

To be honest, the only Capcom series I ever really cared for are the Marvel crossover games and the Mega Man X series, which stopped being good around 5 or 6.

Meh. The fifth game was good, and I'm one of the few that actually enjoyed six. After that, it went downhill.

On a more on-topic note, should I change Wolverine's assist from Berserker Slash to Tornado Claw? I don't really have many good anti-air options at the moment.

Aren't you playing Dormammu now? Why don't you just use Purification as an anti-air assist.

is hulk looking to be low tier?
He still has a big damage output, super armored normals, and good supers. I can't see him falling below mid tier anytime soon unless zoning somehow becomes the number 1 strategy again.

No more PlayStation 3 games for me. Ranked match kept putting me against the same Dante/Amaterasu/Wolverine team and I kept taking perfect losses. I literally tore my controller into two pieces.

Why don't you just, idk, find some people in your area to play offline?

Can't really do that without a controller.

......

*******. Honestly, I'll never understand how people can rage so hard as to destroy things. Over a video game, mind you. Online.

Sorry for the blatant insult Serris, but to me, that's just stupid.

I lol'd so hard at the Wobbles video. No matter WHAT!!!! I could never bring myself to breaking a controller. The moment I stop having fun with video games is the moment I stop playing them, unless breaking controllers is fun to some people......

For 50 bucks I would hope not.

When you have no offline friends to play fighting games with.
And you're all alone.
You play online and it pisses you off and it reminds you that you have no one to play with offline and that you're trapped in a hellish loop of, "I quit online forever, I have no one to play with, I'll try online again, I quit online forever."

I would love to see someone crush a pad into pieces with their own hands, it will be hilarious.

Edit: How the hell GC controllers became 50 bucks?

THEY DO NOT COST 50 BUCKS!!! I was talking about a ps3 controller, but the point I was making is that either way a controller costs money. Last time I checked GC controllers cost anywhere from 15-25 bucks.

Edit: Does Thor have ANY hope of being decent? I want to add him to my team soooo bad, but he is soooooo bad. My best chars are She-Hulk and Dormmamu, do you know what assists might be able to help Thor? He is so freaking epic.

What's bad about Thor? The most health in the game, insane damage output, and a command grab for mix-ups...

I'd figure the only thing that makes him bad is how easy he is to zone...except not really since he has a projectile. He's AT LEAST better off in that department than Haggar.

Thor is great with low hitting assists, and an assist that delays in the air, like dark hole and she hulk torpedo.

heh.

Thor's resets are super good with like dark hole to keep them in place long enough for him to continue a combo.

ALSO from a back throw thor can mighty tornado which DHCs into alot of supers

learn his triangle jump and close-to-ground fly movement options and you can do alot more with them (including easy unblockables with she hulk assist) and easy resets.
