i suppose its similar to touching someone else's control or stroking their hair during play. or standing in front of the screen.

Personally I'd enforce:

1. No obstructing the vision of any player
2. No physically interfering with competitors (including team mates). Be it their controllers or person.
3. No excessively loud noises* (TO Discretion).

*Excessively loud noises would include yelling, smacking a surface with your hand/objects, etc. However it would not include speaking to your opponent mid-match or using your fingers to tap buttons very quickly.
