I love my state...so **** much. I've actually eaten there. It's nostalgic.
I ate a TRIPLE Steak Burger for dinner today too...

As for the WSC, don't worry guys, I've just been busy lately, and I had to go through hell to get my power cord back from work (forgot it, lol).

Winning Dat Steak should begin sometime this week.

It's official, when somebody wins the lottery and flies us all to one place, it's got to be Texas.

Updated with Browny's video, 3000's newest stuff, KID's video from his tourney, and a fresh and very delicious Tutorial vid.

KID, I'm putting that streamed video in the Misc. section.

Hold on now, at about 36 minutes into the Stream, I hear Steak.

Who implied it, was it somebody at the tourney or in the chat?

Either way good s***.

Is there any possibility that Sonic might have some Super Armor on the initial frames of UpB?

I don't think so, but just throwing that out of there.

It kind of looks almost like...the spring was canceling your momentum or something because the spring sent you DIAGONALLY.

I'm stumped.

@Puffy - It might have Super Armor, but at the same time I could've sworn the initial frame of UpB were the most vulnerable...I'm not postive on that so don't quote me.

But...he left the spring at an angle...

That's what I'm perplexed by.

It was because I still had the knockback, the same happens when you Spring out of the water in Jungle Japes, you still have the momentum, just not hitstun.

It's short for sweetspotted.

Could also mean a couple of more things, but that's what I'm using in this instance.

****IT. The pika one happens too fast for me to get a good look. Is it possible he just hit the stage and flew really fast due to his damage? I'm sure everyone has seen stagespike attempts that send the opponent up.

What also may be related is how you can attack Ganondorf immediately after his up+b which is also electric based.

It probably is electric attacks, seeing as how this works with Falcon's SSed Knee, and now I just remembered the same thing ahppened to a MK player against that Pizzachu.

Or it might have something to do with the invincibility frames on some Up-Bs... Yes Sonic does have them if you weren't already aware.

I'm thinking that it's just the momentum from the attack.

If you were to DI down on a Fox's dSmash, tech the floor, then immediately jump afterward, you'd fly back a bit because of the carried over momentum.

If you do something like 300-999% on Hyrule Temple or something of that kind of size and survivability, and tech the floor, sometimes you still slide over to the edges.

Of course I'm making all of this up on the spot, so it's easily debunked by other stuff, but just thoughts, really.

I'm thinking that if he wall teched, that there was some leftover momentum the tech didn't get rid of, and the UpB moving diagonal was the result.
