haha it's all cool. It was more sarcastic than actual anger. I found it pretty funny. No, she only stays with me during weekends. We have talked about living together but I would have to fight about moving out of my apartment with the board of education.

As for the sexiness of Japanese school girls, by law I can't touch high school students. I know a English teacher who got three of his high school students preggo. He ended up being arrested and deported. But yeah they can be sexy.

Look around. I've seen health insurance as low as $25 a month here in the States. Unfortunately, 100 bucks a month does sound about right on the average. It's not too hard to find a third party insurance company anymore, but to find it dirt cheap is exceedingly difficult.

One of the biggest things you gotta look at is coverage. Hospitals aren't too terribly picky about who you're covered by (usually), but doctors and other specialists usually are. They may not accept whatever insurance provider you have, and then it becomes a hassle to find out which doctor does take your insurance.

Also, compare and contrast. Some companies might have a larger area of coverage, but they end up paying for less, leaving you saddled with a bigger expense. The inverse could be said, as well: They could pay for more, but they aren't as widespread when it comes to coverage. It all depends on what you need, really.

Shop around. Do some research. That's the best thing I can say.

I had no idea affordable insurance existed, but then again I've never looked. I have my doctor's appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and it should be a bit over 100$, if I'm lucky there will be no need for a follow appointment but we'll see.

Ouch! No breakfast or lunch today, nothing but a few cheap cookies. And my stomach is hurting a lot right now. Less than an hour's worth of work to do though, so this should be bearable.

EDIT: Didn't get too much done today. It was the first time I was actually falling asleep on the job. I need to stop letting my mood get the better of me and start going to bed earlier consistently.

Double edit: I forgot that I left my room in a relatively poor condition today. If my landlord goes into my room like he likes to do then he is going to have things to complain to me about. This is just one day where as the room has been perfect for nearly two weeks but I doubt he'll care.

More like I value my job over getting deported. There was a huge scandal in my city where a junior high teacher would prowl social network sites for high school girls, meet up with them, and bang them. The police found out, he lost his job, and was fined a pretty hefty sum of money.

The age of consent in Japan is 13 years old. However, to counter adults having sex with 13 year olds, each prefecture enforces their own modified consent age and created laws which makes it illegal to for adults to sleep with anyone younger than 17. They are usually under "Childhood Protection Laws".

Sorry to go on a tangent. Last week we had a day and a half of intense rain and thunderstorms which caused intense flooding where I live. Sadly, 20 people died and more are missing in what was described as the record breaking amount of rain in single day. It was reported that a 100 mm - 120 mm fell hourly. It was pretty sad ****. I thankfully was not evacuated but my area had flood warnings and we were advised to go to the emergency center should a flood occur.

Wow that is terrible about the flooding going on there. The video showed the devastation a bit and that was just =/. I hope the missing people get found because that would be scary to be lost in that sort of thing and the family members experiencing the unknown. I heard your town mentioned in the report as well but that's good you are doing well as well.

Basically, I'm not sure why it's like that but it is. However, some municipalities/prefectures choose to leave it at 13 years old. It is pretty confusing and most high schoolers are cool with sleeping with older men only if money, gifts, or other favors are rended.

My brother told me some time ago that if I don't get a job or start up college within a year, my parents are going to take action and stop letting me leach off of them. They have not told me this directly. The closest thing is my father when he plays his favorite card, "What are you going to do when you get a job?!" This is generally not something most people would complain about, but I'm not like most people. Me going out and getting a job with my personality type and sheltered knowledge of thigns without it being something I'm really interested in would be... embarrassing and a waste of time. So as everyday passes, I wonder what I am to do? I am a man of few interests, most things either bore me or just simply lie so far out of my skillset that it is hard to consider.

One thing that I think I'm naturally disposed to, and can easily be passionate about, are things of a philosophical nature. This would entail returning to college, dealing with all its bull**** classes I don't care about, and take the few classes about philosophy that I actually care about. The issue of that is one separate entirely, and I'm trying to figure out how I can perhaps take online courses for classes that I'd struggle in, and try to be in the classroom and hands-on with those that do interest me. There is another issue above and beyond this.

Assuming I go to college. What are my intentions to do with everything I get there? Be a philosopy professor? That is what plenty would probably say, and while the idea isn't too bad, it doesn't seem like something I'd have my heart in, and if I'm going to put up with the crap I have a hard time handling, I need to do it for something greater. So what then? Just sit around and try to write about things of that nature and try to survive on that? It doesn't seem like I'd be able to survive on that... There are people who say to do something else and transfer my philosophy skills there, but the aforementioned problem arises again, I'm not interested in a lot of things to transfer philosophy into!

I have read that many go to law school. Now that actually seems really interesting, and ironically, I've, as you can see from my most recent avatar, I have been playing Phoenix Wright games (which are obviously so far from reality it is actually comedic, but that isn't the point). It's the idea that I'd be learning laws, and maybe helping give justice, there is a "philosophic" and "logical" spark there. I can say I know nothing of that subject now, but it is something I find myself capable of opening a book about and studying in order to learn (which is a rare thing indeed). My only issues then (always issues) is that being like a lawyer, detective, or the like, does not reflect my personality. It entails being able to interact with people well, presenting things in court, and having great general/common/conventional knowledge of just how things work outside of pure thought like a philosopher.

Hate typing this self-centered, rather pathetic view of me, it isn't that I want to feel this way about myself, or be this way, it's just, I understand that I lack a lot of skills most people have (the "raison d'être" of my philosophical tendencies). Not sure the purpose of typing all of this, perhaps to just get it off my chest. It's just, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. What is a type of person like me to do. I can't just be an epicurean hermit forever, playing video games, fantasizing, watching anime, and reading manga. Not only that, but there is a part of me that doesn't want to do that forever.

After posting this and considering it in my mind, questions arise such as: Are certain personality traits through training possible to obtain/change? Does it come with the territory? Would me being learned and in that environment change my perspective and thus spark the confidence needed to do what is needed? Are there other options for me to undertake with philosophy other than the ones I've discovered?

I know what you mean. I remember having to take three math classes and several science classes. It is just best to sit down and just grind forward. I know people knock on college and how it can be a waste of time/money but I believe, in the end, the diploma is pretty invaluable.

If possible, try to take classes are are minorly interested in. Like I chose Marine Biology as one of my science classes. Anyways, good luck on the path you choose! Philosophy is fairly limited field and one I have no idea what kind of jobs or professions there are outside of academia. But I say if you are interested, go for it!

I had to cancel my Doctor's appointment today because my regular Taxi company had a car that broken down, and the taxi company I used in place of them were ****ing incompitent and arrived 20 minutes. They arrive 20 minutes late and still expect me to pay them! GTFO of here. I'll try scheduling again later today, I know tomorrow morning is open, I'll just have to clear that with my supervisor.

edit: turns out the Turkey was bad after all. I'm gonna half to throw about a half pound of Turkey away when I get home.

Is the smell a metaphor, or does it literally smell like that? Have you tried filling up a large bucket with soapy water and just letting it sit in there... or would that actually damage the instrument? You can always try taking it to a music shop that deals in instruments and see if they can do something about it... right?

Bah, nearest shop (that doesn't completely suck) is an hour away. I could try that, but I don't know if any of my soaps are even good for that, I'll have to check.

It doesn't actually smell like ****, it smells more like really really bad breath, but it's coming from the outside of the horn because when I touch it, it makes my hands smell bad. I'll just keep cleaning it, but this is annoying and makes it a bother to even play >:/

Was having a good day until I got some news from my parent's that I am not going to be able to go to 4 out of 5 of my auditions I have been preparing for for at least a month in terms of scheduling and taking some things out to prepare for them due to a really arbitrary and insipid reason.

However, there is literally nothing I can do to change this. At least I can still audition for a paid gig, but even then *sigh*. I guess I just gotta look at the positives.
