I never found the rules too bad. Then again, it's worse when you play mmos, you get perma banned for the stuff you guys get temps. I'm fairly calm and composed so it's hard for me to breakdown and get banned via words.

He will be perma banned soon. There's the whole "Perma Infractions" you get after being infracted so many times and if this keeps up he'll probably be Super Banned by the end of July.

What DO you have to do to get super banned?

- Something really stupid (posting porn is automatic permaban)
- Excessively doing something stupid (Too much advertising, explicit language/images, spamming, etc.)
- Have enough regular points that you rack up 6 permanent ones at a time (like Stealth Raptor said)
- Dodge a ban

if you think about it though, he has to get banned MANY Times before accruing the necessary points. first you need 6 points per ban, then once you get your first perma point you need 5 points per ban, and so on till when you have 5 perma points everything you do gets you banned until you reach that final perma point
