Beat Solecaliber, Beat Quivo, Lost to Blue (which is normal... it's blue), Lost to Z (Some consider this an upset.... only because Z is mostly inactive and they don't know better) - 5th
Beat Joe Roguen, Beat Likang (who I believe is pretty good, but not Ohio top 8 good), beat Hilt, lost to Y.b.M twice(I'm curious as to what your guys total set count is.... I always assumed you had more wins?) - 3rd
Beat Sneaky, Beat Sovereign, Lost to Shugo (who doesn't though....), beat KB, beat Sai, lost to Y.b.M - 3rd

Beat Mr. E, Lost to AZ, Beat Suyon, Beat DJ_ISKA (I think they are about 50/50, but if I was a gambling man... I'd pick Fizzle), Beat AZ, Beat Blue ROGUE, lost to Kel - 3rd
Beat Hilt (I'm honestly not sure how often this happens, but I always thought Fizzle had the upper hand these last few months), beat Rowan (he ain't what he use to be...), beat Mister Eric (something you both can do...), beat Blue Rogue... again, lost to Lain, lost to Blue - 3rd
Beat Composer, beat Rowan, beat HadesBlade twice (I had them at about even at the time... but I have also never played against Hades/seen him play before either) - 1st (though only rough spots would be Hilt, Hades, and ISKA.)
Beat Sorasin (who is up and coming from what I've been told. Again I need to play against him to be sure),
lost to Y.b.M (which should happen), beat Ralph Cecil, Beat HadesBlade, beat ISKA, lost to Infern. - 5th
Just looking at who Fizzle took out vs who you took out on this list, Fizzle appears to be a stronger player. BUT you do have your track record as well.
When I do my lists (and tournament seedings) I usually group people in sets of 2-4 people. You, Fizzle, and AZ I see as roughly the same skill level (Which is below the Y.b.M, Blue Rogue level which is below the Kel level which is below the Shugo level). You have done great upsets, but less inconsistently than AZ and Fizzle.
If I had a little more time this ranking, I would also put my rating on their by each player like I usually do (where m2k is a 10.0 and my pet dog as 0.0). You three would be within .1 of each other, which would be about .5 below Y.b.M.
You three was the hardest to rank for me.
It's also possible that I could be wrongfully judging you because of the time we all voted for you to be #2 that one time, when it was another one of your "bursts".

Keist: There's a NW player named DarkLouis. Have you heard of him? He uses Snake and Wolf and he hosts tournaments in Toledo. He's a good player, but I don't know how good he is since I haven't played him.

So I kinda thought the whole thing about this PR was it's a panel of informed and unbiased people who vote individually and pool it together to come up with a rather good interpretation of the top players in Ohio.
I mean damn, seemed like Keist was getting a lot of grief there. Of course it is healthy to have discussion but he is just one voice of the greater whole.

its the file that brawl recognizes for music hacks
you have to convert your music to brstm's and give it the correct 3 digit code (like X10 or U27...its the song ID)
and when you load your hacks it plays the corresponding brstm with the song loaded
