Alright, I got all my bus train route stuff to Akashi's figured out.

Akashi, my only ride to the train station is early, which will put me in your area a little before 1:00pm. If that's too early to come over I completely understand, I can hang at a starbucks or whatever until 3:00. If it's cool to come over early let me know, I can help you set stuff up or something.

Hopefully some kind soul is willing to take me to the airport, otherwise I'll public trans it, but riding with someone would be pretty kawaii =^.^=

Public trans should get you to O'Hare in about 1 hour/1hour and 30 min. Red line is close to where the party is going to be, from there you take the Red Line going to the Loop from Fullerton to Jackson, walk through the tunnel to the Blue Line, then take the Blue Line train going to O'Hare all the way to O'Hare (theres signs to show you which way the trains are going so you don't get on the wrong one) It's simple, if it comes to that

im gonna try and convince corey to come too but im not making any promises on either of us and thats a hell of a commute pretty late at night. also i was curious as too how safe the brown line is i know red is bad late and green can be pretty sketchy too. put my name in it so i can name search im all bad at the internet now and stuff.

Brown Line is generally pretty safe since it stays above ground at all times and doesn't go through sketchy areas. Only problem is it stops running at 1AM.

Red Line is only really bad if you're alone, since you're an easy target for mugging. If you have Corey with you, you should be fine, if you need to go that route.

I would avoid the Green Line at all costs though...

I'd really like you to come, but safety comes first. If you can't get Corey, then don't go on the red, and stay the night if you reach our place. ^^

@Zwarm: He got really drunk and was semi-passed out for a few hours. We're just messing with him though - he wasn't in any real harm (unless we completely ignored him or something).

Thanks to everyone that came out! I had a loottttttt of fun, but honestly I'm never holding a drinking smashfest again xD. It was too much clean-up and whatnot, and also the spills and stuff got a little out of hand. I was expecting that though, so I'm 100% cool with everything that happened. I hope you all had fun though, and hopefully we'll all do another smashfest sometime soon!

My white GameCube controller went missing after the party, I couldn't find it at DePouse and I definitely don't have it on my person. It's missing springs in both the shoulder buttons.

I just sat down to play some Melee against Andrew, and I noticed that I definitely grabbed the wrong controller. My mistake man, I have yours. If you don't go to DB on Saturday, then I'll just give the controller to either Tom or Kirk, so they can give it back to you.

That being said, I'm missing my controller lol. It's pretty noticeable in that the joystick has a distinctive blue tint to it. Did anybody grab it by accident, or is it still back at the house somewhere?
