Also there you go Stongers. He didn't feel rushed because the TO didn't say he needed to be. TO has power. If you personally don't want to move things along and be lax then that's cool(people like that sometimes I suppose) but i don't think you should extend that to every TO.

Maybe I'm late on this, but seriously, I think pools should count just as much as bracket also. I think MM's should be weighted equally too, but maybe their should be a minimum amount just so there is no confusion for anyone as to whether or not it will count. I seriously believe that putting the same weight on pools as bracket matches (PR-wise), will most likely yield the potential to train the players of NC to take all serious matches... more seriously (as in... we'd seriously do better OOS if he all had a slightly more serious mindset). I really think NC would seriously be a better smash state (significantly) if everyone had been taking all matches (on the day of a tournament) more seriously since day one. I mean seriously, not taking pools seriously is like you seriously have a free pass not to play as seriously. We also seriously have a problem with a lack of data, which is seriously important to having less confusion with/more accurate PR's. Just my opinion... but seriously.
