I've had a rather terrible couple of months so nice to have something to look forward to.
Been set up on a blind date by someone on my course. I know nothing about the girl except her name and job. With recent events I can see this going hilariously badly, but I'm looking forward to it anyway!
She wants to go for dinner on Saturday. Just got to think of a place now.

It rained today and best of all i got to walk home in it (lol, umbrellas are for noobs). I had a seeding match vs our top player(based from seeding tourney, which was almost over and he had lost no matches) and had a pretty awesome fight vs him. Even though i lost my 2 rounds i got him down to 1 stock (4%) the 1st round when he chain grab abused me all stocks and 2nd round i got him to 1 stock 73%, but missed a fairly easy opportunity for a shine gimp which would have gotten me the game. not only that, but i figured out that there are 2 half days this week.
so i'm very happy today, even though i just figured out i have my essay rough draft/mandala for a project due tomorrow :king:

I am getting trained in every department at work thus getting more hours and more money :D
Had my first core class today (Sculpture and Drawing for Game Art/Design). Basically, it is now my new favorite class. It's a evening class, so I'm actually wide awake, the teacher is amazing, and I like the projects that I'm going to do.
My teacher made the entire class laugh basically every other sentence. "Everything is some form of porn. Gears of War is violence or chainsaw porn. Fast and the Furious is car porn. Transformers is robot porn." His definition of porn is something that can bring infinite pleasure. He also used cleavage as an example on lines and high contrast, showed us pictures of models from Mass Effect, Gears, and other Zbrush models, and did active examples of explaining body language of men and women. Best. Class. Ever.

i'm so happy, the person i'm mentoring in melee (he just learned adv techniques not so long ago) is doing pretty well with the basics. i could tell this because he posted this in our club's facebook group "Was playing ocarina of time yesturday. I got knocked down by a skultula and tried to tech out of it....-.-"

A friend of mine really upset me earlier in the week, and I was almost ready to give up on the friendship but I decided to confront her about it anyways. We made up ^_^.
Something I've learned about friendships is that if you're going to push someone out of your life because you believe you can't be friends with them, or they're not putting much of an effort the relationship. Then before you push them away, confront them about the issue. You should do this because you don't really have anything to lose anymore, it's always good to get things of your chest and your friend might just surprise you. They make give you a great reason or explanation as to why the friendship still works. I'm learning new things everyday..

Took down $3000 last month after tax. Been talking to this guy online for close to a year and we're hoping to meet in person soon. Loving living alone. I've been doing everything in my power over the last 4 or 5 years to just not be homeless. The lifestyle I have now is beyond my wildest dreams. Job is basically the epitome of stress but can't have everything. I'm pretty content right now. Finally feel like an independent, self-sufficient adult.

I finally feel like I have some educational direction and inspiration outside of music. Music will always be my aspiration and inspiration, but I was getting sick of myself not trying to help the world I have so many problems with, so with my music projects, I'm going to try to help this charity organization called "calling all crows" they mobilize musicians for progression of human rights. In school, I think I have settled on cultural anthropology major, and anthropology majors often turn to nonprofit charities for work, which would be great, especially if music is still part of my life..which it will be.: awesome:
