Arg! This is frustrating. I've been finding so much tech for multiple characters lately, but I can't seem to find anything for Ganon.
He's really good, but also really honest I feel, relying more on spacing/footsies, punishes and reads than tech and gimmicks.

That's kinda the whole reason Ganondorf is the best character ever. Just an honest grappler that rewards strong player fundamentals and hard reads.

Sometimes, I wonder if I should stop using Flame Choke on wifi because of how ridiculously rewarding it is. Like half my kills on wifi come from Flame Choke -> tilt. And that's bad because realistically Flame Choke isn't a move that should be abused.

But then again...I kinda like winning with Ganondorf anyway. My day is always made 3 times better each time I land Flame Choke -> turnaround F-smash for the win.

I honestly don't flame choke enough imo, I mean if I can't get a guaranteed missed tech tilt I usually don't bother.

Some MUs I do use it a whole bunch, two that come to mind are Mac and Shulk. Macs tech rolls are garbage and the majority of people don't jump after a dtilt allowing an easy 40 something percent. I use it vs Shulk mainly as the aerials are predictable and are pretty easy to punish on shield imo. I have a replay where I chained a bunch of choke->dtilts together on a shield Shulk lol, doubt it was guaranteed assuming they don't tech but still pretty damn cool to do.

Its more fun when they open with buster and get choke->dtilt->faired to 44% instantly
