Have you tried:
- changing browsers (Chrome works the best I think)
- updating everything (Flash, Shockwave, etc.)
- resetting all your caches and cookies

Iurrno. That's what I'd try.

If not tinychat, try skype. If you upgrade it'll be able to support multiple people on webcam at once. Unlike what it used to be.

But still TC the best.

I'd prefer Skype. That's something most people should have nowadays anyway lol. Plus with Skype, no one needs to set up the room or whatever. Anyone can just chat who ever is online at the time.
