Cats that don't destroy things and are super mellow are awesome. My cat has already destroyed my laptop charger, but after a quick swat and a loud "NO", he hasn't touched a cord since.

One of my roommates is slightly allergic, which I do feel bad about, but he's out of the house most of the time and he is the one who was the most supportive of me getting a cat.

I love cats!

Not as much as dogs though. :3

Mellow cats that just chill on your lap are the best.

Something about them purring is really relaxing I find.

I've grown up with dogs personally my entire life. Just so nice to come home and have a dog so happy to see you.

It is indeed!

One of my dogs always jumps on me and puts it's paws on my shoulders for a hug when I get home.

So cute.

I love her.

Even if she is stupid.

I have an Australian Shepherd who flips out every time I get home, it's like she thinks I was never coming home or something.

It's a huge step from when she came into the house. She was terrified of me, apparently had had bad experiences with men with her previous owners.

In other news.

I have decided my 10000th post will probably be my last.

I'll probably lurk from then on in.

Time to make SWF a better place with my 82 remaining posts.
