yeah mutas beat vikings in numbers. because vikings can't run, and get destroyed pretty quickly.

I downvote Dual Sight, since I've never even heard of that map before.

My race is Zerg.

finals not entertaining, don't waste your time.

to watch the same thing, find a replay of a zerg playing vs a silver level player who DT rushes 4 games in a row.

Pull a Spanishiwa and FE, make 3 Spines at expo, 4 Queens for Transfusion/Ramp block and drone up until you can out mass. And lings of course.

I'm not a Zerg player but it's fairly hard to beat a defense like that with out Tanks. Marine/Marauder will have to pull back.

First off, dont go roach hydra against terran. Roaches are good vs marines and hellions. Besides that they arent too good.

You should be able to beat that MM composition with straight speedlings and banes. When he gets tanks for cover is when it starts getting tough

So I've been watching a few replays with TLO, QXC, and Jinro. Their 2 Rax FE build seems to have changed from:

10 Depot
12 Rax
14 Rax

to

10 Depot
12 Double Rax

Where you cut an SCV or 2 to get a faster second Rax.

Thoughts?

if you're cutting scvs, you should be aiming to do some sort of damage to the other player

expand builds generally do not cut workers imo

it's to apply earlier pressure, because earlier pressure makes the CC even safer

nah, if you're cutting scvs it only means you want to get something else a little faster. it could be units (which work for offence or defense, not necessarily to do damage), tech, or, hey, an expand!

expand builds generally do not cut workers imo
yeah they do. expand builds better cut workers or that 400 mineral sink into that cc/nexus/hatchery is going to be worthless when they're coming in with 4 zealots/8marines/16 zerglings.

So a big problem in my game right now is keepin my late game macro up as terran. Nothing I can do really but practice and improve my apm.

Out of curiosity how are you guys doing with your apm? Im hitting a 120 average with terran. Zerg 130 i think. Idk what my toss is but probably lower

edit:

If i'm sitting at base not in battle I'm usually 60 APM,

When i'm flying around with mutas, and building units at home. I'm usually roughly 110apm.

When i'm doing some crazy stuff like flanking lings while harrassing minerals, building units, and doing larvae inject I hit like 200-300.

But on average I do like 90-100. And I think alot of this has to do with the fact I don't spam click for the first 5-6 minutes of the match lol.

Unfortunately, everyone's seed is absolute based on tournament and ladder points, so a "redraw" wouldn't change anything... I believe you are close in points to vrud, Zone, and Alt, so if any of you agree to swap, I can arrange that.

Really? I offered three people you could switch places with, but if that's how you feel, then sure.
