court isnt that bad
i went on a field trip in either grade school or high school. it was open (public?) so we all just went in and listened to the defending attorney. but we were young. and the case was pretty heavy.
she said he came in and ***** her. he said she invited him in and nothing happened.
so the lawyer said something along the lines of 'a p.enis never entered a v.agina' and i was like god dam why is no one giggling
i recently served jury duty. i just chilled and napped outside all day. it was fun in a way.

in small claims they just get cases done as fast as they can. There are other people waiting for their cases to be heard sitting in the courtroom. Basically both sides present their case then ask eachother questions for a little bit, then the judge decides who's right.

make sure that you file everything and give him his notices within the correct time frame. I've been to a few cases and you can lose a case just for giving a notice a day late.

i find it hard to believe that state borders would get in the way of JUSTICE
otherwise we would have a really, really ****ty court system.
and i've covered my bases on giving him a deadline to pay.
the rest will be me talking to the receptionist at city hall and making sure i did everything right

whoa, I just tried to print out a paper that I wrote and all the letters it printed were one letter higher than what I wrote. For example, my name was Tifsjebo rather than Sheridan. It printed out fine the second attempt, but it was strange. Also the letters were randomly mashed together or spread apart.
