And No, it is not Meta, or even snake. It's ****ing Marth. I can not stand Marth at all. No matter how smart I am, all the mindgames and strats I use, ANYONE CAN FREAKING BEAT ME WITH MARTH. I don't beat this fool at all. I have been through so much gay **** when playing meta. lost bad in sao many ways. And for over 2 years, not once has that fool pissed me off. And can fuht him well/beat him when on point.

Marth is not like that at all. ANYONE CAN USE MARTH AND BEAT ME. a A noob could have started the game last week and use Marth. And I wont beat him. I can not stand this character to no end. And feels like no amount of training in the world is gonna make me beat him. I should be feeling this way about meta. And he is a worst match up then Marth. yet meta means **** to me. He is a panzy character and always will be in my eyes. Skills means nothing when I fight Marth. I seriously bust my *** off to deal with this stupid character and nothing. God lets me beat meta knights but ****ing fail at Marths? How ******** is that. Give me M2k Meta, Allys Snake, I'll take them anytime and be cool with it. And I'll do alright. And if I was to get owned, I would not care. those characters mean nothing to me. But Marth, geez.

You know how Meta takes the fun out of the game for people? Thats how I feel with Marth. I am seriously sick of him. And I for one don't play this game to counterpick. if I am fine with broken meta players, Marth should be **** to me as well, even if I lose to him. So it leave me with lil to do. He really pisses me off and I am not having fun with this game anymore. So why keep playing when you are not liking it.

I could easily play my guitar and get money that way like I have been doing. I have tons of fun doing that. Thats my rant for the day.

There's absolutely no reason to keep playing Brawl if you're going to get this mad over it. You either need to find some sort of way to beat Marth, play in a setting that doesn't require you to face Marth (which pretty much means not playing in tourneys), or take a break from Brawl.

Unless you're less upset about this than you're coming off, I'd really just suggest taking a break from Brawl. Play your guitar for a while, find other things with which to entertain yourself. If after a week of not playing Brawl you feel like you still want to return to it, then try and find a way to overcome your problem with Marth. If after a week you feel relieved to have the aggravation gone, I'd consider quitting Brawl.

That's my personal advice, consider it as you will; but you can't keep playing Brawl if it's going to irk you this much, it's not healthy.

You are right. This should not be stressing me out like this. I mostly upset that how I was one a top Peach bwing 1-3 best in the USA. And after I came back from my 2 month retirement in December, I have been failing bad in tournies. Even till this day. I lost it all. And that irks me. No matter what I do, I can't get it back. Being ranked players and placing high at regionals. I lost all that when I came back. And I tried everything. Marth now just add on to that fustration. I dont like going from hero to zero. I'm now a joke of a Peach player. And do horrible all the time in tournies. And it pisses me off.

And I am starting to feelthere is nothing I can do to get back to how I use to be.

Also I've a few stories about top brlawers just simply quiting because it's simply to easy/charcter/ or whatever. It's you call, i'd say play melee, sure marth's sword is longer but you can combo him to death, and once you figure him out he is super easy to take on because in melee everyone wants to be m2k as marth I swear it's true. Also wd out of sheild helps a F*** load.

also peach in melee a freakin down-smash can half half your stock a way I hate that b**** sooooo much fair FC down-smash grab turnip go back to floating and punishing. I asked husband to switch from peach to sheik(A was pichu) and I didn't get 4-stocked by his peach I got 3 by his sheik.

Here is something that my one of my Yellow Jacket peeps said when I told him I wanted to keep playing Mario on a competitive level (which I do now): If you want to advance your play with one character and see how far you can go, that's fine. It can be a challenge that can really help you to make a better player. However, if you want to win on a consistent basis, you will have to resign to the fact that you may have to play a better character the end. Players>>Matchups, but once a better (or equal) player is playing the MU, you'll probably lose.

And for the past tournaments, I've been sent to losers by Snake and knocked out by Snake. To the point people CP'd Snake on me. I mean, you do what you have to do to win. However, my solution was to pick up another character for Snake. Snake vs. GnW is really hard, and it's even harder for me because I'm so terribad at it.
I know you like Peach A LOT, but if it really IS bugging you this much you should honestly just try and consider a secondary. Or something for Marth.
Otherwise, it's still going to bug you like there's no tomorrow.

I dont play this game with secondaries. if I felt I had too, then I not bother playing. I'm all Peach. Everyone knows this about me and been that way since day one. if I even won a tournament using a secondary, I would feel like ****. I don't wanna wint that way.

Maybe you should go one on one with another Marth player and talk about the MU. And, you know, play it with them. This is coming from my perspective, as a Wolf player. I have no other secondaries (that I use in tourney. I have secondaries, but only for fun). If I was honestly having a lot of problems with a character, I'd keep going at it until I got it.

Secondaries aren't bad to have. They're there to help.
What about Ganon players? They just can't win against some characters. And they are going to keep losing and keep losing and never win. If you want to win pick up another character. There's nothing wrong with wanting to win with Peach or Ganondorf, but expect it to be extremely hard or impossible and expect to lose.You shouldn't complain about it if you know it's going to happen that way. You can fix it, but you are choosing not to.

Trust me, I want to win with GnW. But there are just some things that are impossible. And I know I'm going to get sad if I lose. And I don't want to lose or get sad. I found another character that I enjoy playing and that will help me with my Snake problem. I stood with GnW for awhile, as long as possible, but I kept losing to the same character over and over and it wasn't getting me anywhere. So instead of crying and being sad, I play another character. That way, I won't cry and drop the game. I did something about my problem. I like this game. I play for this game. And I want to be a top player. But I'm not going to be a top player with just GnW alone. GnW will get me most of the way day. But once I encounter a Snake or ten I'm out.
King Beef is a really great Peach player. He has a secondary for MKs and probably other characters. And he's considered one of the best Peach players. He knows he can't win with Peach alone. He tried to and lost. It's just not going to work out.
Like I said, you can try and keep going with Peach but do know the consequences and don't be so hard about it. If you feel like you should quit the game because you don't want to pick up another character then that's up to you.

good luck with that, however if you wouldn't switch to melee(sorry I know that game) then yeah learning the match-up is huge as a pichu main I am forced to deal with sheik that go sheik just to be a d****, I am slowly learning the match-up partly from playing as sheik and I understand what not to do and what to spam.

I never let them get to me and I happily laugh when i'm chain thrown.
