hey, i tried contacting virgiljus a day or two ago about my premium membership activation...he hasn't responded. anything else i should do?

i dont know if admins can help you.
They should make someone a backup incase the person in charge is not available just so it keeps things flowing with the premiums and perk requests. Thats just my two cents on the subject.

Nah, he'll get to it. Right now you should just wait for him to respond.
Though to me it is sounding more like it didn't go through. Since it was ordered directly it should have been immidiate. But yeah you should wait for Virg to say what's up.
@Arch: If I recal, the person in charge has to keep track of all the requests manually, so having a backup would probably end up with things out of order. Besides, they are limited to being able to make changes to certain hours so having another person wouldn't do much.

Why can't we have an option on the details page that specifies our gender?
Some people are really hard to tell what gender they are (aka when I found out about Victra being a guy) and it's pretty awkward to ask the person themselves what their gender is.
Is it that hard to implement something like that?

It's probably not that hard to implement, I wouldn't doubt that it's an option the admins can enable.
I personally don't think it really matters, but hey. There's not many uses to knowing someone's gender besides knowing who to gravitate towards to amiriteeeee?

I never got a proper answer for this so I'll just ask again.
Would it be possible to toggle which postbit icons you want to show in the future? Say I want the :workshop: to appear but I don't want the
remium: and :to: to show up too. Can this be done?

), but there's always the option of adblocking the icons you don't like. I have the 10th anniversary icon blocked, actually. I think it's ugly.
You can either hide all the icons or have them all displayed in your postbit.

Haha, man. All of those require some sort of skill to get in.
Well, there's a couple you can get that are easier than others. Both Tournament Director (blue) and Smash Debater (pink) are easier to get than most.
Or if you're looking for a colour with extra perks, you could always purchase a Premium membership, and get a lime green name, as well as a bigger inbox, mushroom icon in your postbit, custom title, etc.

Secondly, at the moment there isn't, but I'd imagine as we add more icons we might develop a plugin or something to let you choose to display up to X postbits of your choice. Xiivi'd be the man to chase down about this.
There is a possibility that you have them turned off.
Check User CP > Edit Options > Login & Privacy. There is a box that says "Hide Special Status Icons." See if you have them disabled.

SUGGESTION: You guys should add KH BBS characters to the default Avatars. TERRA WANT!
Well, they haven't been updated in quite a while...and if I could make a suggestion of my own, you should make/ask someone that can make avatars to make avatars for you. Waiting around on the staff to upload would be pretty inefficient, yeah?

Last time I was on this forum, I believe was late 08. My eyesight has degraded, but even through a half-hour of searching I'm unable to find a couple of my favorite avatars. The one I wear right now, where Kirby wears a "STFU" sign, as well as an avatar with a cluster of Yoshi's of all colors with a white background. Rmusgrave wears this one if you need a picture reference.

I don't believe any were removed. After you go to 'Edit Avatar' there are 4 different groups of avatars you can look through. You can switch it from 'standard avatars' to another group and press 'go' to look through that group. The one you have now is on the last page of 'June 2008'.
I don't see the yoshi one, but if you want to use it, just right click on it from rmusgrave > click properties > copy the location (make sure it ends with .jpg) > then paste it into the custom avatar box under 'edit avatar' in your user cp.

Umm.... how does multiquote work?
The way I know is to multiquote until you get to the last quote you want to quote then do the quote button instead of multiquote, and all the quotes will be in the message box.
