Storms and Bailey69 we're pissed off cause Bahamut banned G$$$ so they started this horrible forum games spam diaster. Now that they are banned the mods shut down forum games to the members till they finish cleaning up all the spam. Some people say it will take 2-3 days till Forum games is accessable again but I don't know.

Give it another day or two. Forum Games is clean, but we're discussing whether or not to make FG like Meet & Greet, where posting doesn't increase your post count. That will (hopefully) decrease the quantity of spam there.

I don't like doing doing this, but it's seems like it's just getting ignored. I'd be happy with just a "Go away Mud Buddha, no one cares".

There might not even be that kind of option on our version of vB. I don't know, but it's probably not that easy.

The main concern I would think is that even if you want to read only one post the server still has to send up to (x-1) posts more that you're not going to read. Seems pretty pointless to me, and I think whatever benefits there might be in going beyond 40 would outweigh the advantages.

We can consider the "main Smash character" thing if you really want it.

We have an F-Zero room because it goes along with F-Zero World, which is a network site. We don't have a Mario Kart site and thus do not have a Mario Kart room either. We've discussed the idea of making it before but we're not planning on it or anything.

I only really want it out of preference. I find it makes reading larger threads a lot easier, the bandwidth wouldn't really be much of an issue, because the actual text of a post doesn't take up much space anyway, and if it were only a few people using it, then the actual effect wouldn't be that drastic. I mean, all it would take, if Gideon didn't know how to do it, would be a quick post in the vBulletin forums, to ask for a bit of code.

But anyway, so that it doesn't seem like I'm being needlessly argumentative: Yes, I'd really appreciate, and I think a lot of other people would too, the main character profile option.

I think it would be good for the same reasons we allow editing of posts. If you see something a few minutes later that you wish to change, you can. Unless, this is impossible to do for some reason.

I believe for new avatars you should add some more characters from SSBM as screenshots.

I have heard around from the staff that new avatars were being considered, and I thought it may be a good addition to add some more character screenshots from SSBM as possible avatars, as their aren't many. Maybe a few coul dbe added for common characters as avatars available from registration, and better ones for the higher posts sets of avatars.

Here's something I've been miffed about for a long time. When I search for say, "Mushroom" in the search box, topics pop up with 100's of pages. Is there a way to say, highlight the page number the word is on or something hax like that?

You can set your search parameters to show up as "posts" instead of "threads." When you do that, the results will show up as individual posts.
