Paris (France)
is the capital and most populous city of France, with an estimated population of 2,165,423 residents as of 1 January 2019 in an area of more than 105 square kilometres (41 square miles).[4] Since the 17th century, Paris has been one of Europe's major centres of finance, diplomacy, commerce, fashion, gastronomy, science, and arts. The City of Paris is the centre and seat of government of the region and province of Île-de-France, or Paris Region, which has an estimated population of 12,174,880, or about 18 percent of the population of France as of 2017.[5] The Paris Region had a GDP of €709 billion ($808 billion) in 2017.[6] According to the Economist Intelligence Unit Worldwide Cost of Living Survey in 2018, Paris was the second most expensive city in the world, after Singapore and ahead of Zürich, Hong Kong, Oslo, and Geneva.[7] Another source ranked Paris as most expensive, on par with Singapore and Hong Kong, in 2018.[8][9]
Paris is a major railway, highway, and air-transport hub served by two international airports: Paris–Charles de Gaulle (the second-busiest airport in Europe) and Paris–Orly.[10][11] Opened in 1900, the city's subway system, the Paris Métro, serves 5.23 million passengers daily;[12] it is the second-busiest metro system in Europe after the Moscow Metro. Gare du Nord is the 24th-busiest railway station in the world, but the busiest located outside Japan, with 262 million passengers in 2015.[13] Paris is especially known for its museums and architectural landmarks: the Louvre received 2.8 million visitors in 2021, despite the long museum closings caused by the COVID-19 virus.[14] The Musée d'Orsay, Musée Marmottan Monet and Musée de l'Orangerie are noted for their collections of French Impressionist art. The Pompidou Centre Musée National d'Art Moderne has the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in Europe. The Musée Rodin and Musée Picasso exhibit the works of two noted Parisians. The historical district along the Seine in the city centre has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991; popular landmarks there include the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris on the Île de la Cité, now closed for renovation after the 15 April 2019 fire. Other popular tourist sites include the Gothic royal chapel of Sainte-Chapelle, also on the Île de la Cité; the Eiffel Tower, constructed for the Paris Universal Exposition of 1889; the Grand Palais and Petit Palais, built for the Paris Universal Exposition of 1900; the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs-Élysées, and the hill of Montmartre with its artistic history and its Basilica of Sacré-Coeur.[15]
How it's gonna look like as Stage?
Well, you need to think about the Paris stage from PSABR (Notably the aesthetics), but it's stylized as Real Life Paris and the stuff from Sly Cooper are removed and replace by Real Life Paris stuff.
You would fight on the rooftops of the buildings and there are no platforms, but there are seperated buildings that act as ground like there are 3 buildings and one in the middle is lowered unlike others.
If you fall between them, you lose a stock and die.
In background, you could see Museum of Louvre, Eiffel Tower with it's front plain and other Paris landmarks like Elysium Gardens that appear in background.
Also, random people in Background would appear and they are in love with each other (Referencing that Paris is city of love, plus the Valentines are very close, so why not add the Paris stage as representation of Valentines?)
Also, the Stage is scrolling meaning that you could visit all the Paris in a fight, so could jump on the buildings while fighting.
I nominate the Paris as Stage, because it would represent real life an it's very iconic and largest European city that ever exists in the continent.
Also, I nominate that stage because of valentines and the Paris is actually City of love and Valentines has "Love" theme, so why can't we just celebrate with addition of the stage?

Hulk (The Incredible Hulk)
The Hulk is a fictional superhero appearing in publications by the American publisher Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in the debut issue of The Incredible Hulk (May 1962). In his comic book appearances, the character is both the Hulk, a green-skinned, hulking and muscular humanoid possessing a vast degree of physical strength, and his alter ego Dr. Robert Bruce Banner, a physically weak, socially withdrawn, and emotionally reserved physicist. The two exist as independent dissociative personalities, and resent each other.
Following his accidental exposure to gamma rays while saving the life of Rick Jones during the detonation of an experimental bomb, Banner is physically transformed into the Hulk when subjected to emotional stress, at or against his will. This transformation often leads to destructive rampages and to conflicts that complicate Banner's civilian life. The Hulk's level of strength is normally conveyed as proportionate to his level of anger. Commonly portrayed as a raging savage, the Hulk has been represented with other personalities based on Banner's fractured psyche, from a mindless, destructive force, to a brilliant warrior, or a genius scientist in his own right. Despite both Hulk and Banner's desire for solitude, the character has a large supporting cast. This includes Banner's lover Betty Ross, his best friend Rick Jones, his cousin She-Hulk, and therapist and ally Doc Samson. In addition, the Hulk alter ego has many key supporting characters, like his co-founders of the superhero team the Avengers, his queen Caiera, fellow warriors Korg and Miek, and sons Skaar and Hiro-Kala. However, his uncontrollable power has brought him into conflict with his fellow heroes and others. Despite this, he tries his best to do what's right while battling villains such as the Leader, the Abomination, the Absorbing Man and more.
One of the most iconic characters in popular culture,[4][5] the character has appeared on a variety of merchandise, such as clothing and collectable items, inspired real-world structures (such as theme park attractions), and been referenced in a number of media. Banner and the Hulk have been adapted in live-action, animated, and video game incarnations
What's his purpose?
When summoned, he could appear as Bruce Banner. When you hit him, he would become a giant assist and he could walk around the stage and he could do his attack: "Hulk Smash!", which he does a ground pound that shakes the whole stage and deals heavy damage. Also, he could grab a fighter and throw it across the stage, dealing great damage. He also can tank some attacks, which it gives him a super armor.
He can be defeated actually.
I know he can work as a fighter, but due to fact how destructive he is, I'm gonna make him as an assist character due to his popularity and I don't think we could have him in Base roster or DLC, but still he could fit as an Assist trophy character despite he has some moveset potential.
Actually, an one Avenger as Assist character won't ruin the whole game I guess...
