Job #45: Submit a cartoon character!
Looking at what we don't have a second character of in certain categories, cartoons seem like a big one. Anime/manga doesn't count for this one, but CG and stop-motion characters will.

My submission will be Scooby-Doo!

There are a lot of iconic cartoon characters that would fit the roster well. But I have picked Scooby-Doo, for a few reasons. One, he is certainly iconic enough, having enough incarnations over the years, being referenced enough, and inspiring countless imitators and homages past and present. Two, he's already been in so many crossovers, both fitting and inexplicable. A sample of his & the Mystery Inc. gang's team-ups include Blue Falcon & Dynomutt, Batman & Robin, the Addams Family, Don Knotts, Sonny & Cher, Courage the Cowardly Dog, KISS, the WWE stable of wrestlers, Steve Urkel, the Winchester Brothers from Supernatural, Johnny Bravo, the Harlem Globetrotters, the Flintstones...you get the idea. Thirdly, I think Scooby-Doo has a few unique aspects as a playable character, being a four-legged animal, a mystery solver, and having team mates that could potentially help him out with their own specialties. You could even have him get Scooby Snacks for temporary buffs.

Felix the Cat

Felix the Cat is one of the most iconic cartoon characters in history. He was one of the first cartoon characters to draw in a movie audience. Also, he was a part of the very first Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. While not as popular as he was back then, he should be included in Pop Culture Clash due to him being one of the oldest cartoon characters in history. His moveset of course can contain his cartoon antics (including his Magic Bag of Tricks). There's also a new cartoon for the cat coming out soon by WildBrain so he's rising back to relevancy.

Powerpuff Girls

Three of the most iconic cartoon characters of the past few decades and Cartoon Network's most popular characters by a landslide, Blossom; Bubbles; and Buttercup would fight together as a single unit, using flight to fight with a taller frame than they could use on their own, each girl reaching out for her respective moves. Being a trio would allow them to use their unique and combined superpowers, and of course their signature just-barely-family-friendly brutality would come into play too.

It nearly won, so it has a chance to shine again.

Zuko

Zuko is one of the main characters in Avatar: The Last Airbender. Zuko was once the destined ruler of an entire nation, until he banished by speaking out against his father. Zuko traveled the world to hunt the Avatar, restoring the honor that he lost. Zuko suffered a lot with his own turmoil and struggle inside of him. I don’t want to spoil anymore, please just watch the show if you haven’t. Zuko is both a fire bending master and a skilled swordsman. I submitted Zuko over Aang, because there is more to the world of Avatar, besides the Avatar. Zuko is also probably the most popular A:TLA character after Aang. Avatar: The Last Airbender is just a very popular and well crafted series from the world of animation.
