I guess to stick with the space theme, this could be a fun way to see some space shuttles and real life space vehicles as karts. I don't know if this is allowed due to it being a government program but...it could be a fun way for marketing for NASA if they were to be involved in this game.

Home to one of the most famous Podracing tracks in the Outer Rim Territories. The racers drive through the iconic pod racing track, The track would look like the one from Phantom Menace AKA full accurate recreation.

Death Star
The track would take place inside the Death Star itself. But first you'd start out driving through the iconic attack scene, going through the battle and into the ship. Don't question how the characters can breathe in space. Then you drive through the Star itself, which takes elements from both Death Stars. You drive through corridors, the landing pad, the iconic trash compartment, the emprorors throne room.
Track - The Imperial March

Drove through a snowey landscape in the middle of an epic battle. Drove through ice caves and over caverns. At-Ats walk over the stage so try and avoid their feet. There's a point where a Wompa will attack.

Track submission 1: Jabba's Palace

Maybe the most Bowser's Castle-y stage Star Wars can provide, Drivers enter start at the front door and drive through the throne room, prison. torture Room, banquet hall, and even the dreaded pit of the Rancor.

Music Track: Jedi Rocks Galactic Dance Blast

Track Submission 2: Batuu

The home of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Drive through a busy market, including a Droid mechanic shop and Cantina, before braving the cliff spires in a run-off road, driving side by side with a train full of precious coaxium.

This track has the drivers racing through a battle in the middle of space, the entire track is riding on top of ships, cruisers and rubble.

The track randomly chooses whether or not to be Prequel, OT or Sequel themed

Song: Niamos! (Morlana Club Mix)

This track has you driving around the planet of Ferrix as you see the sights and shipyard before ending the track at the rix road riot
