Track 1 = Oogie's Lair

The entire track itself would take a lot of inspiration from the Casino Park tracks: Roulette Road, Pinball Highway, and Bingo Party from Sonic & Sega All Stars combined into one but with a spooky Halloween theme taking place in his lair racing through avoiding his many devices of torture like his slot machine cowboys or his spinning roulette for example.
(If you're not playing as Oogie, Sally, and Santa, they'll be in the background with Oogie laughing evilly watching the race with Sally and Santa restrained struggling to get free)

Track 2 = Christmas Town

Looks like you're going to be speeding through the festive time of the year: Good old Christmas! Racing through the streets of snow with elves watching the race cheering on the drivers as they go on a winter drive. (Track would take inspiration from Merry Mountain from Mario Kart)
