Also i wish that buffed up assist trophies could act qas semibosses... would love if Ike final boss battle was the black knight.

I forgot about Susie, but she would probably be a better choice for Kirby since she's more relevant. Also, she has a big robot that would be good for a Smash-style boss battle, all of them so far seem to be big.

So the first three characters besides Mario that we get to unlock are Marth, Sheik and Villager.

As we saw in the trailer though, Master Hand shows up and blocks off the two you don't go for first, presumably to leave until later on.

Which are you going for first?

I'm probably going to go for Marth.

I mean, you CAN fight certain AT's now.

Maybe some of them show up in Classic mode fights?

Some could even get the Rathalos treatment and become full bosses I guess.

Just give Phoenix Wright one of his Crusade movesets.

Take your pick:

1. The optimal way to play him involves tea bagging for the chance to gain more evidence.
2. Wright can shield cancel OBJECTION into itself, meaning that you can win by mashing shield and special. OBJECTION does not flinch, but does 11% per hit, and each successful hit will power up TAKE THAT which kills at 50%.

Within the span of a day my top 2 since the August direct, are deconfirmed (if spirits = not DLC).
That hurts... that REALLY hurts...

As funny as Glados would be, she has a better shot of being in Smash then I do of being a famous singer. Which is nil.

If anything, after looking at Ultimate's Classic Mode more and more, I honestly see this as the best Classic Mode we're probably ever gonna get in Smash.

After four/five games, "just choose a character," randomized battles with some bonus game and Master Hand at the end has gotten a bit tiring. Not to mention doing it with all the fighters made it kinda grating a bit, so I'm VERY glad to see that every single fighter has a specified route and actually has purpose.

Even the bonus game looks a bit cool, mix of Board the Platforms/Race to the Finish/etc. I'm also very happy that at the end, Master Hand isn't always the final boss, rather bosses like Galleom and Rathalos are, which makes me hella excited to play as Simon/Richter in Classic Mode when I fight Dracula at the end.

So many good changes that I'm very happy with.

Oh ****, Board the Platforms and stuff are back?! Holy ****! That's a spoiler I don't mind hearing.
