What goals are you hoping to accomplish with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate?

As for myself, ever since Robin was announced for Smash 4, I've always wanted to be the best Robin main. I feel so possessive of him that I can't stand the fact that someone might be better at him than me. I don't plan on going to IRL tournaments all that much, so I'm going to have to rely on the word spreading, enough so that my name gets mentioned when speculation of the best Robin players arises.

What about you guys? Do you guys have any competitive goals? Or do you just want to have fun with the game?

I have no intention in going pro, but I wouldn't mind getting better at the game with Mega Man at the very least.

Other than that, I'm actually willing to use a wider variety of characters this time around, rather than sticking with my favorite 5-7.

That was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.

Yeah, I was a little bummed out initially that she didn't make playable status yet again, but I've accepted it and am happy that she is in the game at all. It will feel bittersweet being able to KO her though.

I would hope to be able to play at least some of you guys here, as I don't have any people IRL that are interested in playing Smash. I really just want to be part of a thriving Smash community this time around with Ultimate more than anything else.

I'm in the same boat. I'm looking forward to playing the game with some of the cool folks here. It's gonna be a fun time. :D

It's not the songs he's uploading or the fact he's uploading them.

It's the fact he has such clean rips of them that would be impossible to obtain from editing the audio from all the footage we've gotten of ultimate in game.
"Where is he getting the clean audio rips? How?" is the question we're asking. Not, "Why is he uploading these clean audio rips?"

he's getting the rips from the original games? i mean its not a remix so its obvious that he's just ripping the music from the monster hunter games (hence the OG tag).

I actually didn't know that until others pointed out, as I have little experience with MH.

Good to know, though. I wasn't taking this to mean there was gonna be a huge leak or anything, I just figured it meant Nintendo's giving the go ahead for people to use certain materials in press kits now.

Still sucks though. Looks like Awakening is the only FE with two main characters in Smash this go-round. Plus it wouldn't be so bad if they had the time to swap out Lani Minella's badly-ADRed voice bites for Lyn.

Granted, Roy wasn't in Lyn's game, but her game INTRODUCED FE properly to the West after Melee, so you'd think she would get better acknowledgement by now.

According to the source, the site says , you should expect the arrival of a Nintendo Direct between November 5 and 12 this year. The site states that its own source is confident in the exact date, which would be on November 8, although it is not 100% verified.

Gaming INTEL has already predicted other similar events, including the past Nintendo Direct that took place on September 13. Such filtering was also announced long before its confirmation and through an 'anonymous infiltrate'.


This information could not be very surprising, since the criticisms of the last Nintendo Direct made by the Japanese company were notorious for the few novelties presented. Also, the arrival of such an important title as Super Smash Bros Ultimate is reason enough for event size.

Ahh nice to find another man of culture. I've been wanting Dr. Coyle as the ARMS rep for awhile. Ever since her debut in ARMS I was in love. She's not really a villain but she is the closest thing to it for that series (besides Headlok who stands no chance as anything other than an assist trophy).
