What really puzzles me is that of the mammalian Pokemon, Lucario got realistic fur but Pikachu and Pichu didn't, and I don't understand why they would give realistic fur to one of the mammalian Pokemon but not the other two.

I somehow skipped this but I'm still doing itOther than the fact that everyone is trying to convince everyone else that their opinion is better when as far as I can tell everyone agrees, none of the current discussions have anything for me, So I wanted to ask, If you had 100% control over Smash ultimate charecters what would you do? Most notably, I would add Octoling skins for Inkling, while un-standardizing the amount of charecter skins, (some need more than 8 some don't), and addin Tails, Eggman, Shadow, Monika, and Cuphead as full charecters. Because I am a madman. I would also buff Wii Fit trainer to be the best charecter in the game, see previous statement.
Clearly, the only option for early 2010 viral pop sensations is...Woah. What if this got added in Smash? Seriously though, check it out!
Would be awesome! How about battle damaged characters, after reaching a certain damage, characters look like they're put through the ringer ripped clothing, chipped armor, scratches and scars, electrical sparks, etc.
Another sword character? No thanks, I'm sticking with PSY as my viral pop-artist character.Clearly, the only option for early 2010 viral pop sensations is...
Protector of the Gays, Carly Rae Jepsen.
Being a veteran swordfighter, Carly Rae Jepsen has no shortage of moveset potential. She could even take inspiration from the various Fire Emblem characters as she Cuts to the Feeling in the honorable game of Smash! Not to say she'll be an exclusive Marth clone, no, her own source material could give her plenty of unique moves as well. Maybe venting her Boy Problems? Her final smash of course would be Cutting to the Feeling!
Carly Rae's Alt Colors could be references to her various outfits throughout the years. Her default being the Rainbow Sweater from her E•MO•TION album cover. Another could have her sweater in blue tones, and her face obscured by a stylish gradient, to reference E•MO•TION Side B. Another could be her pink blouse from the KISS cover. Another referencing her now-iconic Disco Ball Dress from Lollapalooza 2018 where she was first bestowed with a sword.
She could bring her various songs in her discography to smash as well, ranging from Bubblegum Pop to 80s Throwback Jams. Including, but not limited to: Tug of War, Call Me Maybe (and maybe a remix too?), Run Away With Me, and Cut to the Feeling (a must).
Her stage would the star-shaped set from the Cut to the Feeling Music video, which would be greyscaled and have a lot of flashing neon lights. Perhaps it could even take inspiration from her Lollapalooza Day 3 set, from the fateful day in which she received her weapon.
There was a problem fetching the tweet
Some people may say that PSY or Rebecca Black are better pics for the mid-2010's pop-artist character slot, but Carly Rae Jepsen's relevancy exceeds both of them currently, and she has the most moveset potential (with her sword).
Anyways, that's just my two cents on which character can fill this hotly-contestested but much needed rep spot. Of course, I'll be happy if any 2010's Viral Pop Senstation gets in. Just it better be Carly or else I'm protesting this game and everything Sakurai ever makes again.
lol slots.I don't want the same character to take up more than one slot.
I don’t understand why Square is like this. Final Fantasy has fantastic music. I guess if Dragon Quest got a rep their stage would probably have only 2 songs too.I know that Square seems to be picky with music, but ugh I'd kill to just Sakurai port this remix over for the Midgar stage from Dissida NT.
Why would you cut any of those characters?Complete control, eh?
I'd cut .
are now completely unique.
and are now re-merged.
I'd top off the roster with.
The composer doesn't work for Square anymore and he's a demanding Dexter for rights.I don’t understand why Square is like this. Final Fantasy has fantastic music. I guess if Dragon Quest got a rep their stage would probably have only 2 songs too.
Metal Sonic as a Sonic echo but with Bowser. Jr's Down-B (Skinned as Silver Sonic) and Bowser's Final Smash (Metal Sonic Kai)Here's a fun game for you all.
Create a combo echo similar to Chrom. The proportions need to be similar to another character, but you can borrow attacks from other fighters regardless of proportions. Bonus points for cross-series efforts.
For example, Liquid Snake as a Snake echo. However, one of his specials will be the Duck Hunt one where he summons the outlaws. However, they will instead be guards from Shadow Moses Island. Instead of shouting "draw" they'll do the iconic "!" alert noise.
I heard it's more of a Nobuo Uematsu problem.I don’t understand why Square is like this. Final Fantasy has fantastic music. I guess if Dragon Quest got a rep their stage would probably have only 2 songs too.
I know everyone's entitled to their opinion....but ew...that sounds awful.I know that Square seems to be picky with music, but ugh I'd kill to just Sakurai port this remix over for the Midgar stage from Dissida NT.

Oh well that’s ****ty.I heard it's more of a Nobuo Uematsu problem.
Nah, the 2 tracks per stage gimmick was just to appease the 3DS version.I don’t understand why Square is like this. Final Fantasy has fantastic music. I guess if Dragon Quest got a rep their stage would probably have only 2 songs too.
Midgar is a setting in FF7.I know everyone's entitled to their opinion....but ew...that sounds awful.
Also, that's a remix of the battle theme for FF7; it has nothing to do with Midgar itself.
Whenever I see fan created roster changes I realize fans would be horrible game directors.People who cut Richter are people who shouldn't be trusted
But they both roll! Clearly, Dillon as a Sonic Echo makes the most sense. It would be, btw. Ridley as a Zard echo would have been "Dillon as Sonic" levels of an awful idea.
Fans never actually know what's best for a series like 95 percent of the time.Whenever I see fan created roster changes I realize fans would be horrible game directors.
How many people logged off the site after seeing this?
What would be Dillon's Up-B Spring move? But they both roll! Clearly, Dillon as a Sonic Echo makes the most sense.
Totally different context. I'm not talking about filling slots; I'm talking about making a character playable multiple times.lol slots.
What is this 2014 Smash 4 discussion?
I just don't think they should be in the game. Why would you cut any of those characters?
You're just shortening the roster for what seems to be no good reason.
I mean, rolls take up half of Sonic’s enitre makes moveset so I guess it wouldn’t THHAAAAT much of stretch. But they both roll! Clearly, Dillon as a Sonic Echo makes the most sense.
Can I ask for an explanation as to why? Simply curious. Totally your opinion, I'd just like to hear another point of view, that's all.Totally different context. I'm not talking about filling slots; I'm talking about making a character playable multiple times.
I just don't think they should be in the game.
a small part of me dies everytime i read "this is what i would do with smash" posts. its like 80 percent awful ideas and then 20 percent good ideas. This is exactly why I would never trust this fanbase with Smash
A cactus raises up to stab his assWhat would be Dillon's Up-B Spring move?
Only 3 i thinkHow many people logged off the site after seeing this?
No offense but like 95% of this is just bad.Complete control, eh?
I'd cut .

Dillon's roll works nothing like Sonic's. When he collides with an enemy, his forward momentum instantly stops and he can follow up with either a grind attack, claw attack or bounce backwards to safety. A fully charged roll also creates an AoE shockwave but can't be followed up. He's also protected when he curls up so it'd probably have armor to.I mean, rolls take up half of Sonic’s enitre makes moveset so I guess it wouldn’t THHAAAAT much of stretch.
It’s sad that two of Sonics specials are both literally the same move.

Not to mention all of Sonic's moves that involve kicking wouldn't work with Dillon's stubby little legs, not to mention U-throw. And Dillon is a very slow runner.
It's a huge stretch.
lol alright, but its the Battle theme; not a Midgar themeMidgar is a setting in FF7.
It has EVERYTHING to do with Midgar.
Speaking of Dissidia NT, I got it Christmas last year and haven't really touched it since. >_>Basically I just got Dissidia
All the people. Except a certain subset of people. How many people logged off the site after seeing this?
Exsqueeze me?lol alright, but its the Battle theme; not a Midgar theme
