oh and maria...you should replace norfair with rainbow cruise on the brawl stagelist...most tourneys dont have norfair legal these days. and those that do also have rc and green greens lol

I will be there around 2-3, I can bring my wii and brawl should I? Because I can't bring a tv.
uhh hold that thought

oh yeah. are they planning on making us play on hdtvs. because that wont work at all
They do not have lag on them.

they probably dont have lag because they use component cables on their systems. wii component cables are rare and gc component cables are nonexistant. you will honestly need to get in contact with the gamefrog dude to find out if he has wii component cables for us or if we can take his tvs down and use our own, and soon, so we know to bring them.

I've played there twice, once for that tourney that Waldorf won

they have two very large CRT televisions that I've ran smash on both times, they lag like 1-3 frames, most people will not notice, it didn't affect gameplay.

The other tv's will be LCD/HD I suppose, and I haven't ever used them there for smash, but they might have components.

crts that lag? at a lan store? come on...

oh well =/

@maria: depending on what type of tvs we're playing on (lcd/plasma/crt), we'll need to know if we need component cables or not or else the lag will be unplayable, but even with component cables we will still have to deal with some (mlg tvs have 2 frames of lag with components). lcd and plasma both lag, i think plasma lags more but that might just be a rumour. crts normally dont lag at all, but some have minimal lag, those aren't really an issue.

oh and he might even have LED tvs but those are newer then lcd and plasma I think...and I dont know much about them, but im sure they lag too lol
