So, some issue came up, and apparently we can only keep the venue between 10-midnight. Maybe longer if we're lucky, enough. It's not set in stone, but it's something to keep in mind. That being said, we are going to be EXTREMELY STRICT on time. Meaning, if you are late, you're out. If you don't hear your name called after 5 minutes, you're out.
All in all, BE ON TIME.
If you need to go out somewhere, ASK ME OR ANY OTHER TO if you have the time to do so. Usually between doubles and singles is the best time to go out and grab food or do whatever you need to do.

SETUPS ARE APPRECIATED. Extra setups = things going fast.
The only issue would be pools, SO PLEASE FINISH UP POOLS MATCHES. If there's an empty television USE IT.
You guys know how things roll. Just play your games, take small and few breaks and things should be finish on times.
Obviously, pools are going to be elimination possible down to 32. So good luck, play your games, and have fun.​

Even though I'm not coming, this is something to really keep in mind. At the last CSU tourney, two guys decided to keep on playing for like 40 mins after we were supposed to be done and I would imagine that the guy working there was none to happy with us at all.

So basically, this is a really good venue and I am sure the Cinci people want to keep using it, so make a good effort to play everything on time and REPORT YOUR MATCHES! If you guys want to keep coming back here, and having more tournaments in Cincinnati, don't **** around with time, and no johns.
