I'll be in a small town called Canton, which is about 30-60-minutes away from Elmira, NY. I'm willing to travel some distance for tournaments, but I'll need to plan heavily in advance for it.

I'm too used to calling the Northeast as New England. I like sticking to regional names like that.

PA and southern NY are beautiful by the way. <333 the mountainous landscape. I make it a habit of playing Planet Wisp music whenever I'm up there, because it fits so well.

Sonic colors soundtrack was reeeeeeeeeeally really good. like the music is always 3-4 notches above the game itself.

sonic 06: 2/10
sonic 06 music: 6/10

sonic and black knight: 5/10
sonic and black knight soundtrack 8/10

so obviously once they made the games good again, they had to follow suit and make the music proportionately better.

sonic games are not good. its like asuras wrath. its got just enough player input not to be classified as a movie/tv show

the only difficulty involved in every recent sonic game is seeing how fast you can get through boring, simply, easy levels so you can compare with the world and see who is best at holding forward and spamming homing attack.

What I will say is that the song for Tropical Resort Act 1 completely and utterly massacres every other single song in the entirety of the Sonic series, no contest.

Did they ever bring back objectives besides just reaching the end of the level ASAP? I mean aside from like....getting 50 rings and such. Sonic hasn't even reached the gameplay depth of Mario on SNES yet.

Talking about the soundtrack. Sonic CD #1 followed by Sonic Rush (the sound quality was balls ofcourse, but so is genesis....)

All the genesis ones are held back just like sonic rush by the quality of the sounds ofcourse. Sonic CD offered alot better.

Brawl is the best Sonic game so far.
