In P:M? It's super possible to run that many stages legal with my system.
It's also possible to run this CP system in regular brawl.

you could always have 3 stages per group. I mean, group 1=bf, fd, sv. group2=YI, Lylat, PS1. group3=berd, Seige, plaza. group4=frigate, cruise, PS2
or whatever combo you want. That you be how it would go in the uk (except maybe brinstar instead of ps2. no-one here likes it at all)

Yeah, but if you look at the list, I actually modified the stages in said groups, it provides more reason to go to seperate groups. Some people actually pointed out to me that certain characters would only benefit from one group, and people would see it coming and know what to ban, so I mixed it up to make it less "obvious" as to where people will go.
