I know a guy who lives in queensland will tell him theres a major brawl tourney and he might go. He uses fox and pit i think.

Added the Melee ruleset.

I know people here don't like Kongo Jungle and Rainbow Ride on Neutrals so I moved them to counter pick.
I've left it at random select, but you guys can go ahead and stage strike instead. Or do people want stage striking to be default for Melee stage select as well (giving players the option to just random select if they don't want to strike).

Up to you guys, the recent MBR stage list has Pokemon Stadium moved to counter pick to allow for stage striking.

I think S.D only posted it in here for lack of a visible sticky that other sincerely interested players check regularly, because even Melbourne players like Emily are checking in here every so often just cause this tournament will be the next big one to have a Melee tournament.
